I have a roofer but they won’t repair other parts of the house. My gutter system has been poor for a while and needs some new gutters installed and reroute rain water away from one part of patio roof. Because the rain has come down on one place it tore a big chuck of my soffit off my patio in the recent storm, so basically need both soffits and gutters replaced and added to. 120+ year old house.

Anyone know of anyone? Does not have to be licensed as long as has references (you could be one). Bonus if they can reform concrete steps too.

Moving from out of state and looking for high quality daycares in the Northern KY area for our 2.5 year old. Ideally within 20 minutes of Fort Thomas. Any suggestions, anecdotes or feedback is appreciated!
