The OBD port on my Aion UT suddenly stopped outputting voltage, so the OBD scanner won't work. It was working fine before (though I did frequently plug and unplug the scanner), and there are no signs of a blown fuse or any warning lights. Does anyone know the likely cause? If it is a blown fuse, where is the OBD fuse located on the Aion UT?
**1.** If anyone else has had OBDeleven auto-write to their Gateway during a passive scan (not an intentional coding action), I’d love to know I’m not alone — and how you fixed it.
**2.** If any OBDeleven staff/mods see this, I’d genuinely appreciate an actual response to the ticket I filed. Happy to share the full log if useful.
**3.** General PSA: if you’re running Autoscans on Android with OBDeleven, keep an eye on your Gateway coding history afterward. This shouldn’t happen during a routine scan.

I just bought OBDeleven 3 and pro account to register battery because Eurofix in Nashville wanted to charge me 400$ to change battery and register it.
I'd replaced the original battery in 2020 without registering (didn't know I had to do this), then in 2024. Eurofix said my 2024 battery was low voltage and most likely causing the Power steering light to come on and not function or function sponatenously.
Changed the 2024 battery with a brand new battery cause it was under warranty from AutoZone.
After getting the OBDeleven to register the new battery I replaced, come to find out Gateway (unreachable) and no battery adaptation option to code the new battery myself.
Anyone know why Gateway wouldn't be reachable or why Battery Adaptation wouldn't be an option through OBDeleven 3?

I bought my Octavia FL right after the facelift was released, and one of the first things that annoyed me was the Lane Assist.
Before the Octavia I had a facelift Golf 7.5, and its Lane Assist was MUCH better. The Golf made small, continuous steering corrections and kept the car nicely in the lane.
The Octavia, on the other hand, was basically playing ping-pong:
left line → correction → right line → correction → repeat.
So I immediately started looking for a solution and discovered OBDeleven. I bought it, only to find out that at the time it couldn’t even properly access my new Octavia. Later I learned about the new SFD protection on newer VAG models, which blocked a lot of coding/adaptations.
So I gave up.
Almost two years later I randomly decided to check OBDeleven again.
And surprise — it finally supports the car!
I found Adaptive Lane Guidance and tried it. First I activated the wrong variant, but then I used:
👉 Adaptive Lane Guidance → Early
And that’s it.
The difference is huge. The lane markings now turn green and the car actively makes small steering corrections instead of waiting until it gets close to the line and then bouncing back.
It finally behaves much more like my old Golf 7.5.
So if you have an Octavia FL MY2025+ and hate the factory Lane Assist because it constantly bounces between the lines:
Check OBDeleven → Adaptive Lane Guidance → Early.
And don’t waste your 100 credits on the wrong option like I initially did.
For me, this finally turned Lane Assist from something that made long motorway trips more tiring into something that actually helps.
If anyone else with a new Octavia tries it, let me know if you get the same result.
When the obd connects and starts the scan, it does not complete it but disconnects every time, app has been reinstalled,cache cleared and now I do not know what is wrong, any help would be great!
I see this screen every time the app opens. I can't continue and do anything else. Reinstalling makes it work for a few moment, but closing it reintroduces the problem. Any ideas? Using Android.
I went to scan my Audi Q5 today using my OBDeleven 3. When I go to connect, it says an update is available. However, after a few seconds it says "update failed, try again". It keeps on failing and it won't allow me to bypass to use the adapter/app. Anyone else?
Update: tried a few hours later. it works now.
