Hello!

It's a stretch, but looking for leads on a 2bed/1.5+ bath in the costa mesa area for a couple (36, 35) and roommate (31). Upstairs unit or single story preferred. We are quiet, respectful, and responsible adults looking for a peaceful place to call home. We're hoping to find a smaller complex and would prefer to rent from an owner or smaller company. We all surf, so a garage or large secure storage unit is needed.

Very flexible move-in date. Looking for something in the 2900-3200 range.
