Just Placed My First Order..Now What?

I just placed my first order with OKKSS3 for a Liverpool home kit. I added a custom name and number on the back, along with the Premier League patches on the sleeves. I'm located in Virginia, USA.
I haven't received an order confirmation email yet, so I'm also curious about how OKKSS3 handles order confirmations and shipping communication.
For those who have ordered from them before, I'd appreciate hearing about your experience!
A few questions:
- Order confirmation: How long did it take to receive your confirmation email? Is it normal not to get one immediately?
- Shipping updates: How good is the communication throughout the shipping process? Do they provide tracking, and how long did delivery to the US take?
- Customization: How well did the name, number, and Premier League patches turn out?
- Quality: How was the overall quality of the shirt, including the material, printing, and stitching?
- Sizing: Did the shirt fit as expected?
- Overall experience: Would you order from them again?
I'm not trying to jump to conclusions since I just placed the order. I just want to know what to expect, especially with the lack of a confirmation email so far.
