I can’t find shatter where I live anymore.
Ten years ago shatter was probably one of the more popular forms of concentrates. Now every shop around me only seems to carry sugar, or crumble.

Have worked in the industry at the same place since late 2021, have management experience, and extensive knowledge on medical use of cannabis. Pretty much been capped at $15.50/hr for over two years and I’m sick of it. What dispensaries actually pay for experience and hard work? Benefits like insurance is a huge plus
