So let me make sure i’m understanding this correctly. let’s say I have my card, and I hadn’t smoked in like 6-10 hours before driving. If i get pulled over and get accused of dui and get drug tested, and it shows up positive. regardless on if I was actually under the influence of anything, it’s still considered a dui??? how strict are the cops on this? that just seems unrealistic to enforce that. are just wanting people with medical cards to just not drive at all once they received their card? i guess my officially question is how realistic is it to be drug tested in the situation I get pulled over. (i don’t dui at all btw, i just dont like cops and get paranoid i did something wrong even when I didn’t) do they usually just do a alcohol breath test and be over with it, or do they have to drug test you as well?

I’m a med patient near tulsa and inhaling is no longer ideal for me. After doing some research I want to add mj leaves to my tea blend (i know it’s not gonna get me blasted, that is not what i’m going for) but from what I gathered they’re considered waste and not really sold anywhere? Is this true? Do you all know of places in the tulsa area where I can buy leaves, not just flower? Or of places that sell them already prepared for tea making?

Can you renew your patient license early? Will they send your card to you right away, or will they send it when your current license expires?

does it really take the full 14 business days to receive an approved letter. with the cards not being super new anymore, i’m wondering if it still takes the full amount of time

I live in Edmond 2 mins from both. Mango has such outstanding deals and you can do p/u so you know how much cash to have to the penny. CC doesn’t publish any menus (I heard it’s bc the products change so frequently) I’m good at Mango but if anyone knows that I’m missing out speak up!

so i just got my card a few months ago and i have been doing some research on the laws but i cant seem to find a 100% answer to if you can smoke on a boat on the lake? i also would NOT be driving. lol pls help.

Fighting a public intoxication case and possessions of firearm while under the influence, I had gotten a plea deal for them to drop public intoxication and then fired/he walked because I told him how dumb he was, my lawyer. They never told me I was under arrest before the search, I never gave concern, no warrant, someone there was telling it was their bag with their belongings in it etc.

I’m not sure if this is allowed here but I think people should be aware of this Business and their practices,
This place LOVES to sell to people without their medical card. Aslong as you use the excuse of “Leroy covers me” they will sell to you. Especially if it’s Leroy himself that is working that day. You’ll also catch them selling old illegal product under the table. Or atleast they used to sell non metric buffalo balls and thc drinks. I guess their multiple shut downs by omma hasent made them learn their lesson. When i first started shopping there it seemed like a small town mom and pop shop but after seeing multiple sales to people without medical cards I stopped shopping there. I’m tired of these shady businesses putting a bad rep to dispensaries.

I’m in the OKC/Edmond area… just moved up here and am looking for a good dispensary/ wax brand to buy. Any suggestion?
