Everything is fine, Nothing was hacked Grub everything is fine however its a whole month paid $77 for dedicated server can’t access website etc

I tried to post in the community forum the post was reviewed & deleted the account was deleted too.

Do you know what's the issue how can this be resolved?

OVH locked my account, won’t tell me why, and now I can’t even pay the invoice

Honestly this makes no sense and feels completely unfair.

My OVH account got locked for some reason, but I never received any email explaining why. I contacted support and was told somebody was “looking into it”, but meanwhile the account stays locked.

The problem is the password reset also doesn’t work because of the lock (or whatever they’ve done to the account), so I literally cannot log in to pay the invoice they want me to pay.

So now I’m stuck in this ridiculous situation where:

• They want payment
• I’m trying to pay
• But they blocked access to the account needed to pay

I even asked them to just send me another payment method or invoice by email and so far nothing.

I understand security checks happen, but locking somebody out without explanation and then preventing them from paying feels absurd. Especially when there’s no proper communication.

Has anybody else had this happen with OVH?

I'm most worried they will delete the account/server, or they have already without explanation. I've got loads of work on there.

PS: I'm not even sure they are really looking into it. They seem vague on whether they even found my account on the phone and haven't replied to an email I sent a few days ago.

Hello everyone, i got a ks-16 server and i want to know if anybody had installed before freebsd using the bring your on image system.

I pretend to use it to test Bhyve, but until now i always use the supported images from OVH.

If anyone had done before i would love to read about the experience, advice or tricks...

I posted this a few days ago and everyone said they will have free set up fee in black friday. But I just found out that if I go tho the US ovh they have the exact same configuration without the set up fees. So I created a US account and try making a purchase. It is possible (not pay yet) to get Singapore location but that conflict with this. I posted this here in hope that someone from ovh can give me an answer. Can I buy it or not? I don't wanna get my account banned or anything.

when can i expect no set up fees on this? iirc OVH get rid of the set up fees from time is it random or is it scheduled?

I am honestly losing my mind with OVH at this point.

For the THIRD time, they’ve marked my server as “hacked” and blocked it over an abuse report that was ALREADY resolved before the suspension even happened.

What makes this unbearable is the response time. They take ages to reply while my services are down, customers are leaving, and I am sitting there unable to do anything. If the reported issue was fixed as requested, why are they still hard-blocking the server afterward?

I completely understand abuse handling and policies, but this feels excessive and poorly managed. At least review the case before shutting everything down again.

This is causing real business damage and customer loss. I have been patient the first two times, but now it just feels impossible to rely on them for anything critical.

Has anyone else dealt with this from OVH? Did you move afterwards or find any way to get faster support/escalations?

I’m hoping someone from OVH or the community can point me in the right direction.

Timeline:

• I lost access to my MFA device
• I contacted OVHcloud US Support and completed identity/KYC verification
• OVH US validated my identity and attempted to disable 2FA
• MFA prompts continued

After further investigation, OVH US confirmed:

• I no longer have active OVH US services
• my active account belongs to OVH World
• they do not have access to my OVH World account

My active environment appears associated with:

• ca.ovh.com
• ca.ovhcloud.com
• invoice references beginning with "WE"

The problem now:

I cannot log in because MFA is still required, and I cannot create an OVH World support ticket because login is required first.

So I appear to be stuck in a loop:

Cannot login → cannot open support request → cannot resolve MFA

Has anyone encountered this before or know how to reach OVH World support without account access?

Je suis dans une situation de blocage circulaire chez OVH et j'ai besoin d'aide.

Mon nom de domaine a été suspendu par OVH. Le problème : mon adresse email professionnelle est hébergée sur ce même domaine. Résultat, quand j'essaie de me connecter au manager OVH pour régler la situation, OVH m'envoie un code de vérification 2FA... sur l'adresse email liée au domaine suspendu. Je ne reçois donc jamais le code et je ne peux pas accéder à mon compte.

Serpent qui se mord la queue : domaine suspendu → email mort → impossible de se connecter à OVH → impossible de réactiver le domaine.

Ce que j'ai déjà essayé :

• Me connecter via le manager (bloqué par la 2FA)
• Accéder au webmail OVH directement (même problème)

Ce que je cherche :

• Ou un contournement pour récupérer l'accès au manager sans la 2FA
• Ou toute autre solution que vous auriez déjà vécue

Hello i saw at eco kimsufi a dedi example sys game 2 but it has 500mbps band and i know it comes with one ip , so is possible later to upgrade the band to 1gbps example and to order additional ips or small subnet ?
