1. New Traveler of Memories Arrives: 6★ Merchant Richard. During the promotion period, each Guide will reward Fragment (Merchant Richard/Warrior Alaune) and Light Fragment. Trade 150 Fragment (Merchant Richard/Warrior Alaune) for 1 Richard's Grand Sacred Seal (6★). Light Fragment can be exchanged for materials required to enhance the Blessing of the Lantern.

2. New Traveler of Memories Arrives: 6★ Warrior Alaune. During the promotion period, each Guide will reward Fragment (Merchant Richard/Warrior Alaune) and Light Fragment. Memories Fragment and Fragment (Merchant Richard/Warrior Alaune) and Light Fragment can be obtained through the STEP Guide. 150 Fragment (Merchant Richard/Warrior Alaune) can be traded for 1 Richard's Grand Sacred Seal (6★). 200 Memories Fragment can be traded for any released Hero of Memories Traveler's Sacred Seal.

Just reached bestower of all chapter 2 and could not get past cursed monk jafford in Solistia ( chapter 5)

And has a hard time fighting lvl 100 npcs

Currently have 16,400 rubies

Which banners should I also lookout for?

So I recently got into CotC and had already created an account and linked it to my email. Unfortunately, for some reason, my game kept crashing whenever I encountered an enemy.
I followed the instructions to redownload the game, and lo and behold, my saved data was gone.
The team I had before was the one in the first screenshot.
I tried contacting the support team, but I didn’t get a response. Eventually, I basically gave up and thought, “Screw it, I’ll just restart.”
Then I got Pardis III and Elrica EX2 from the free pulls on my new account.
Now I’m sitting here wondering:
How do I cancel my recovery request so they don’t restore my old account anymore?

Tive bastante sorte com o banner da elrica e do pardis, 9k de cristal gastos. Fico na duvida se devo puxar no banner atual para fortalecer o time de luz ou se guardo para futuros banners mesmo que pensando no time de luz

I managed to get Elrica Ex2 A4 and 3 copies of Pardis III in exactly 9k rubies. I was only planning to spend 4.5k rubies or less for both of them if I got lucky in my pulls but 4.5k rubies in 4 copies of Elrica Ex2 (3 from pulls 1 from exchange) and only 1 copy of Pardis III, so I I decided to just f**k it and pull for her a4. And Low and behold another 4.5k rubies in 2 copies of Pardis III and 1 Elrica Ex2 from the exchange. Should I full send for Pardis A4 or just a1au him and wait for Alaune/Richard banner?
