Has anyone else been left in limbo with regards to the anniversary vinyl? Ordered the signed version on the 18th and still yet to ship.

Thought about this on my drive home from work. Beneath The Skin has my favorite OMAM lyrics by far (Although My Head Is An Animal is my favorite album of theirs overall) The constant use of the body as metaphors for internal strife and complex feelings is incredible lyricism. I really love how in songs like Wolves Without Teeth they dive into the emotional and physical connection between two lovers. Going off of that, my favorite lyrics are “I breathe what is yours, you breathe what is mine.”

What’re your favorite OMAM lyrics and why?

An Of Monsters and Men song!? Especially after the 2 minute mark with the build up - listening to it imagining Raggi on vocals and Arnar working magic on the drums
