



Olandria reposted an editorial called “The Ola Doll: Reclaiming the Doll That Was Never Ugly,” which connects the origin of the Ola Dolls/Bama Barbie names to Olandria’s childhood experience with the doll test, and then to her becoming representation for little Black girls herself.
