For those who have utilized HR to report concerns involving store leadership, what was your experience with the process? Were you kept informed throughout the investigation, and did you feel the issue was handled appropriately?

as if we don’t already have enough bs to do around here. how will they be expecting this to work for max cap in holiday? crying screaming and throwing up
Bonjour,je suis nouveau chez Old Navy et j’aimerais savoir cela signifie quoi?C’est quelque chose d époustouflant ou négatif
Does anyone know where we are supposed to get more tstands and tables for merchandise? iProcurement doesn’t have them on here for us to order, and our GM doesn’t know the next step (plus is on PTO rn).
I also really do NOT want to contact my DM. He sucks 🥰
Any advice is helpful! Unless it’s to ask other stores because we already have.
Anyone else everything on the website is sold out!? Frustrating, especially as a petite who can never find petite in store 😭
My little rant:
Now I understand that there are a ton of really nice and respectful people...i just mean in a general. I feel so burnt out dealing with customers. Doesnt matter if they are the nicest people ever or the spawns of satan....i just cant handle the stupid but obvious questions like "if its final sale can i return it" LIKE NO! ITS LITERALLY IN THE NAME!!!! not to mention the belittling and yelling....
Now will I bite my tounge. 90% of the time yes. But will I take someone yelling at me at telling me to go "fuck myself" because I couldnt do what they wanted.... Absolutely not....
And im really sorry and I apologize to those who are actually respectful towards the workers....(ive kinda been working for like 7 days straight with full shifts so im really exhausted. I truly apologize)
Were you all brutally honest or nah? Because the workload they implement and the hours we are funded do NOT correlate and I’m exhausted
confused on why we are encouraged to flip the register screen when trying to get customers to apply for a card, doesnt the savings calculator just show the in store discounts applied? Isnt it better to just apply open and let a customer know how much their total would drop/be less confusing for the customer
Went into old navy today and they wouldn't let me use my super cash. I was told that it was for encore members only despite having 7x use this round. Is it only for encore credit card holders now? She was adamant it was.
I was on the ON site looking at some women's pants, and saw high-waisted and extra high-waisted. Extra high-waisted? How extra does it go up?? Does this mean mid-rise is now called high-waisted, and high-rise is now extra high-waisted? I didn't see any mid-rise, they used to.
So I was wondering...and this is coming from an AM of Kids and Baby, how does one get better at card on the salesfloor. Every store is different so I know it depends...our customers are usually stay-at-home suburban moms and their husbands control their credit decisions/choices and hardly ever bite the bullet. Usually when I make connections on the floor for example during supercash I'll let them know about supercash and remind them to use it when they get the register and I'll add in "idk if you have the card but just letting you know if you want to try and apply its gonna be 65% everything in the store for you" and they are like "okay leave me alone type look" and if they dont have any that leaves open the opportunity for me or my cashiers to jump on it about card, "oh well if you spend over $50 its gonna be about 65% everything you purchase today, no annual fee, 20% first purchase at sister brands, free alt at banana. But they dont want it my store needs help 😭 . I know its about developing the associates to be knowledgable and confident when it comes to card but it seriously feels like our customer is just resilient...very many regulars as well...that already have the card...AND use it....! I usually hand out bags strike up convo then hand flyer and talk about promotions then go into card so its not awkward....
Hello all. I was wondering if the employees of other old navy’s could help me out. Is it normal for an assistant manager of merchandising to be written up for not getting 5 credit cards a month despite not having card related things on our aor? I am getting one this week and am curious. I am not grate at pushing cards but I am not usually on register and am using merchandising or tasking so my opportunities are small too. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this or heard of it.
Anyone know if these will restock in Canada? Mine have turned pink in the washing machine
This is my first job with direct deposit pay, and my first day was last week the 27th, and worked the next Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. My hours got approved by a manager and got signed off on I was wondering if other people got paid for their first few days/week or if it transferred over to the next weeks pay. One of my managers said payroll is on sunday and you’ll get your pay deposited either monday, tuesday, or wednesday. I haven’t gotten anything yet so i was wondering if it was a bank mishap that I accidentally entered in (i don’t think I did) or if it’s because it was my first few days and it will go to my next paycheck. Thank you sorry if this didn’t make sense lol! 😆
I used to love these shirts. They had a boxier fit, linen blend and were labeled as “boyfriend” fit. Has anyone found something similar?
Does anyone have any Gap cash promo codes that they aren't using? I'm in search for one. Thanks in advance!
EDIT: I should specify it was for GAP FACTORY i had the little voucher from my last purchase but threw it away by accident.
Have you done the reallocation moves in your store expanding womens and shrinking kids/baby? If you did, what do you think? Our store just did it and I feel like it looks terrible and makes no sense for the flow of the departments. Maybe the results will outweigh how it looks?
My new store manager asked if I wanted a 15 while doing truck I told him we don’t usually take them but he offered so I sat down for 5 minutes and took a break. It got me wondering if other stores take fifteens on a truck shift? Especially since there’s a since of urgency and we have to write our times down
Specifically looking at Old Navy's kids' leggings HERE. What's the difference between the two colors?
Which one is a true dark black? Thanks.
