Anyone have any information or thoughts on the emergency meeting ON is having for their GMs and DMs this afternoon (8/19)???? Was told they found out about it at like 9pm last night 👀

There is regional restructuring. Some districts are moving to new regions/getting dissolved and some districts are splitting into other districts. Does not really affect store level at all.

I’m really tired of the push for card (I’m well aware it’s not going away, I’m well aware I have to deal with, I’m just venting). Especially when our district loyalty “expert” is only getting cards because the leaders and the BA’s they’ve trained are offering to reduce to the online prices even if they’re not approved. Like how are you going to personally call me and tell me I’m not trying when I’m doing everything by the book? I am the only one at a 4% ON MY OWN without any gimmick but I’m sure my whole store could be at 4% for offering sales we are literally not supposed to do. I had lost part of my team when AP fired some BA’s for offering discounts bc of the card pressure and the managers just said they knew nothing about it. I’m tired of getting threatened based on me being able to perform but my store not producing because I’m not “motivating” or “teaching” correctly. I am an AM of Service but I can only do so much when I’m up there with my cashiers and seeing them do what they’re supposed to. My peers also tell the BA’s card isn’t important so..? Of course they’re getting mixed messages and I genuinely feel unsupported and if I have to do another worksheet about why we aren’t doing great I’m going to jump off this train.
Please tell me these aren’t discontinued! I just picked these jeans up at goodwill today and they are so comfortable! I want to get them in another wash or two. The only ones I can find on the Old Navy website that have a similar name are the High-Waisted OG Straight Ankle Jeans. The ones I have are the tall length and I do end up walking on them so I’m sure that makes a difference but I’m not positive these are the Straight Ankle Jeans. The pair I got also has some frayed styling around the front pockets which I don’t see in the picture on the website. Please help a girl out!
It was close to closing so I was doing just little things to kill time and was buttoning these tank tops. As I was I found a red splatter pattern on the back side of the button and figured maybe something got on the one button...Nope! It was on every single button. I looked at the other tank tops and they have the same red stuff on the back of the buttons. What is it???
I got an invitation for an open group interview at my local old navy and was wondering what that will look like.
Will they ask me questions one one one or in front of other applicants and everyone hears the answers. That would make me so nervous and I hope it’s not like that.
Also they said they are specifically looking for people who can start as early as 5 am, for stocking and visuals; what are the responsibilities that I’d have to do.

Someone from Old Navy called me yesterday to come into the store for an interview today. Then this morning at 2:30am, I wake up to an email saying they’ve decided to go in a different direction &hire someone else. Then I open the workday site (where you apply) &it says process complete instead of “no longer considered”. I’m so confused. Do I still go in for an interview? I was thinking abt just going anyways, but has anyone ever had this issue?
I guess I made the mistake thinking that I could order items online and receive them once I paid for them. Back in April I had placed an order for 6 items and only received 4 even though the email delivery confirmation said all items were delivered. I filed a claims and was reimbursed, no problem.
Fast forward to last week, I placed an order for 13 items. I received an email that all 13 items would be delivered this week. Received an email that it was delivered today and when I got home, I was surprised to see a tiny package. I looked at my email again and it stated that all 13 items were delivered. Only 1 item was in the package. I immediately got on chat and filed a claim. I received confirmation that it would be processed but then also received another email that I was flagged and future claims would be denied. I would have loved to have received the items I ordered but that was not an option. The items are still selling online, so I’m not sure what is going on.
In all my online shopping experiences, this has never happened. I guess I’m here to rant and see if this is common? If so, Old Navy has some poor practices in place.
Every time I go around the store to recover, there’s always a pair several pairs of jeans put back this way. Upside down and folded the opposite way of how it’s displayed.

Was getting ready for a shift this morning, had my UKG app blip, noticed my shift was entirely removed, called my store, spoke to the store manager and all she had to say was “yeahh sorry the store isn’t making enough money so we had to cut hours”. I can understand cutting hours, but changing my schedule the DAY OF??
