does anyone know how to sell tickets officially in milan if you don’t have an IBAN? i bought tickets presale basically a year ago and now am simply not excited to go due to them changing the venue from a small venue near me to a huge one super far from me and also the same day as my friends’ band’s concert. i contacted customer support and they basically said all transactions are final and they cant do anything. i tried selling my tickets through the official resale platform since it seems that is the only real way to do it here but because i dont have an italian bank account i cant sell my tickets without entering an IBAN that matches my account name. i dont know what to do and fear i just have to accept the tickets as a sunk cost since the concert is on friday.

I bought a couple of tickets for tomorrow’s show in Stockholm but for some reason I cannot login into my axs account.
I’ve tried a number of things, including resetting my password. After resetting the password and trying to login on the app it says that password or email are incorrect (even tho I just changed my password). On the website it says that we should contact assistance but due to being a “Swedish account” support does not work on weekends.

What should I do in this situation? Anyone else with this problem? I heard that this happens when you buy the ticket in another country. I can’t find anyway to get my tickets…

I’m getting a bit frustrated, looking for any tips. Thanks in advance…

UPDATE: Just went to the the ticket office and everyone was really nice. They got my tickets printed out for me!

Hello! I’ve traveled from the US to see her show tonight. I am solo and wondering if anyone is staying in city center and also traveling that would be interested in heading over together?

As a black woman who finds it hard to find love I relate to Olivia dean. Her songs about her immigrant mum / grandpa and grandma is extremely relatable to those who are come from ethnic / immigrant backgrounds. Alongside her songs about being half black / biracial trying to navigate the romantic world.
I went to her concert in Manchester (N1) and I had a lot of white fans give me rude looks and even QUESTION why I was even there. I have been listening to Olivia dean since 2022 as loyle carner put her on the map with their song together.
People were making jokes when she was explaining the context to carmen - a song about how immigrant background.
I honestly think it’s disrespectful and rude to question why people of colour are at a concert where a half BLACK (who is deep into her culture) is performing.
And SOME of you fans need to honestly do better when it comes to artists who are black / black representing.

I bookes the ticket during the general sale last year when the venue was still in Velodrom. They emailed to notice the change of venue to Uber Arena which they also say that "you don't need to do anything". I had in mind that my seats were already considered. Mind you, I had booked tickets with seat with a view of the stage. I'm not a heavy concert goer so I'm not an expert on seats. But while booking last year, I had the chance to choose for my seats.

I was excited last night for the concert after years of listening to Olivia Dean. From discovering her in a video where she was wearing an cozy sweatshirt with a waterfall backdroo to hearing her live, I was living my fangirl dream. But lo and behold, I got an obstructed view. No prior notice. I had no chance to go through the stages of grief. I dived directly from Denial to Acceptance. I tried to enjoy the concert but I could not wholeheartedly do it.

As I put myself to bed, I saw myself crying and regretting what happened last night. It wasn't the thing I imagined.

I'm devastated. I thought it was magical, but turned out not. Don't get me wrong--She's amazing! She's breathtaking! I just had a bad experience.

I wanted to get refund from this! I'm really mad at Eventim! This was the one thing I was looking forward since last year.

So I got tickets off StubHub for the Aug 5 show back in January. I got a ticket for section CC in Scotiabank Arena. The thing is though.. there is no section CC on the seat map. When I was browsing for tickets in January and on that specific day, there were tickets also available for section BB and DD at reasonable prices (section AA exists and it's right in front of the stage).

A while after I purchased my ticket, I questioned if what I just bought was legit. I went through the StubHub customer service process and spoke to someone who said they would email me after they contact the seller. I ended up getting an email stating that they verified my ticket as valid. StubHub said they couldn't verify where my section is though and said I would have to contact Scotiabank Arena for that. I reached out to Scotiabank Arena and they confirmed no sections past AA exist, so they said I should reach out to StubHub to confirm their seating map and since I bought my ticket through a third-party site, they can't verify anything on their end.

Anyways, I feel okay that StubHub said they verified my tickets. I still haven't received them from the seller yet, which I'm fine with too. But I'm curious to know if anyone else has dealt with a similar situation before? Or even bought tickets in BB or DD off StubHub for her Toronto show by chance?
