Gurgaon. One Plus 11 5g green line on screen

My One Plus phone is only 3 years old. Today suddenly green line popped up in the centre of the screen. The phone hasn't suffered any fall or water issue recently.

I want to visit service centre in gurgaon but it shows the one in MGF Mall has closed down.

Has anyone visited any authorised One Plus service centre in gurgaon in the last last couple of weeks and is their service good? Especially to fix the green line issue. It says on the website that for this issue the screen is replaced for free.

Need recommendations

This is my old OnePlus 8, which I gave to my father. One day, a line appeared on the screen, and now there are five lines. I contacted service centers, but they informed me that the display is out of stock and that they cannot repair it because the model is discontinued and it’s six years old.

If anyone knows a good shop in Gaffar Market or Nehru Place where I can get its display and battery fixed, please let me know. The battery has swollen, and the display has developed these lines. I don’t want to lose this phone because it works very well, and buying a new phone is very expensive these days.
Also i have so many insta pages who repairs the phones if i courier to them. If you have any experience or know the channels name please share.

Pathetic Service Experience at OPPO(Oneplus)

I am a oneplus user since OP6 in 2018 after that My OP9 of 2021 was working till last week and currently using OP15 from last 7 months.

I chose Oneplus due to their service and user experience but after visiting Oppo service center and for the first I felt pathetic for being a user of oneplus.

Average waiting time was 27 min and I spent more than 35min in waiting only after collecting my token

Sheer unprofessional people randomly selecting people (maybe they know them personally).

No technical knowledge of Device or working.

Incompetent staff.

Just checked device and qouted a random figure to repair.

Today for the first time I was regretting my decision to purchase another OnePlus device due to service center experience as there is no dedicated Service center for OnePlus now .

Oneplus 12 Died randomly...and revived randomly as well

Hey everyone, so basically 2 weeks back my OnePlus 12 suddenly died. No response to buttons, charger, calls or notifications. Official service centre diagnosed motherboard failure and asked for like 35k. Cashify diagnosed CPU issue and attempted repair but couldn't revive it. The phone later briefly powered on at their shop once and then died again. Then today, after being dead for around 18 days, it randomly powered on while connected to a charger. It's now getting warm while charging and Wi-Fi keeps switching off when I try to switch it on. Does anyone know any good and trusted Motherboard and chip level technicians, because I have no clue what is going on with this phone.

Oneplus or samsung with extented warranty

I'm planning to buy a phone (for my dad) with decent camera, good battery and some kind of warranty for green lines. So. I'm inclined to buy oneplus as they have the lifetime (5 years) warranty for the display. But I noticed that the price of OP phones have gone up recently. So is it better to buy a Samsung phone with some kind of extented warranty or stick to OP phones. Any advise is appreciated. I'm looking for phone in the 25-50k range.

Lost Right OnePlus Buds 3 Earbud

I lost the right earbud of my OnePlus Buds 3. I contacted OnePlus support, but they said the replacement right bud is out of stock.

I also came across websites like Lost My Buds and EasyParts, but they seem fake or unreliable.

Has anyone managed to buy a genuine single replacement earbud? Any trusted source or suggestions would be really helpful.
