I am currently in a dilemma about how to solve drinking water problem that my old grandparents are facing.

Previously they used to bring drinking water from a nearby shop which has RO tanker setup. They are getting old and unable to do that anymore. Plus vallaki aa water kuda padatledu.

I'm thinking of ordering a RO water purifier for them but I'm kind of skeptical about the timely services that needs to be done. I can't order companies like Native or other such brands as their service is not available in Ongole.

I don't live in Ongole so I don't know much about the situation there. Could use some help on navigating this.

I would like to know which brand has better presence in terms of parts availability and service in Ongole so that I can setup that brand's purifier for them.

Would consider any suggestions on alternatives as well.
