Real Time Leadership Donations as of June 14

A download and graphing of the Real-Time Disclosure (RTD) of Contributions published by Elections Ontario for the leadership race so far. I believe Lee's campaign have said they've also hit (submitted?) their $150K, so there's definitely a lag for disclosures. Election Finance Act gives them 15 days to submit, but EO could also take time before posting.

Let me know if there's another stat I should be considering!

Why I am voting for Navdeep Bains

Straight up the establishment did Nate very very dirty in the nomination and made it very clear that for the OLP preservation of patronage and their personal insider priviledge should come at the expense of moving the party forward in a new direction.

For that reason I would rather drop a vote for an outsider like Navdeep than reward OLP and their heir apparents within the party for their underhanded crap.

Because Navdeep did a lot of work in 2010s as the team helping rebuilding the federal party and organizing it to the point it went from 3rd to majority in a single term, i am confident there will enough new blood to push out the dinosaur that so abused the OLP for personal gain.

Please elect a leader that already has a seat as a sitting MPP

With two strong candidates in Lee and Rob, there's no excuse this time not to finally elect a leader who's already an MPP and can go up against Ford on day one. It's pathetic that it's now been 8 years since a permanent Ontario Liberal leader last sat in the legislature.
