SPX Income Options Strategies
I am looking to learn income strategies on SPX (or SPY), non-directional. I do not want 0DTE (or smaller timeframes <10DTE). I also do ont want Iron Condors. I lookes at Tastylive for their studies/research on these type of strategies but I think it feels short to me. Although the website is great to learn from, with great information (learned a lot from them).
I am looking for proven stratgies that anyone can be trading live with proven results. Can someone advice?

USO call option down
I bought USO strike 145 expiring today last Friday when it was around 135.
Can anyone explain why it’s down? Is it just since Vix went down since I bought it? Poor liquidity on bid/ask spread? Thanks.
