Need help buying new beyblade’s from Tysons era(OG). Differences between the older beyblades by hasbro and hasbro x?

I see hasbro x and takara make them for a good price on Amazon $17-40 bucks. I see a brand new dranzer made from 2004 by hasbro for $700 on ebay.(2004 Hasbro Beyblade G-Revolution A-117 Dranzer Gigs Turbo GT Engine Gear Sealed). Are hasbro x or older hasbro beyblades better? Is Takara Tomy better ? How are the bootlegs? Japanese or English beyblades if that’s a thing. I can’t find any comparisons for what I’m asking about on YouTube. Like all versions of dragoon or dranzer ever made compared to eachother. I just keep find dragoon x vs new series beyblades x.

1999 Monthly CoroCoro Comic No.4 w/ Sealed Ultimate Dragoon and Frostic Dranzer!

I think this will be super appreciated here. I was finally able to hunt down a 01 Ultimate Dragoon sealed and Frostic Dranzer to pair with my 1999 CoroCoro Comic. It is the very first publication of Bakuten Shoot Beyblade and the toys what we would all know to this day. This issue predated the very first chapter by months and offers a glimpse of the very beginning stages of what we would know to be our very own Beyblade with Kai and Tyson.

I also included some other CoroCoro chapters that have advertisement on Beyblade & its lead up to the very first chapter and toy release. Hope you all enjoy! LET IT RIP!

Kai getting “tough love” at Lake Bakial s1

I think Kai having the 3 v1 vs the other Bb was the best thing that happen to him. It kinda shattered a bit of narcissism, “we are not the best of chums”. Like when Kai lost with the freeking Dark Dranzer and its the best bit beast in the planet….Kai giant ego got deflated.

Emily also OOC fumbled in episode 7 of G-Rev

Hey everyone,

I’ve been rewatching Beyblade: G-Revolution, and I need to rant about how terribly the writers fumbled Emily’s character in Episode 7. They used the exact same lazy formula on her that they used on Ray in the very same episode, and it completely ruined her character consistency.

Before her match against Max even begins, Emily is already acting like a total bitter scumbag. Max walks up with his usual friendly smile, trying to shake her hand and wish her luck, and she completely ignores him. She acts hostile and mean to an innocent friend for no reason.

The biggest excuse defenders use is that she was "under pressure" because of the new tag-team rules and the threat of Rick replacing her. But honestly, the pressure argument completely fails for a few massive reasons:

Total Psychological Regression: This episode completely erased Emily's growth from Season 1. She went from a mature, respected teammate right back to a spoiled, arrogant bully.

The Kenny Comparison: Kenny is also a scientist and a competitive Blader. He went through way more emotional stress in G-Revolution watching his team crumble, yet he stayed humble, sweet, and loyal. He never used pressure as an excuse to treat his friends like garbage. If Kenny can handle it, Emily has no excuse.

Lazy Writing to Bench Her: It’s obvious the writers forced this OOC fumble just to give themselves a cheap shortcut to push Emily to the sidelines so Rick could take her spot.

The Instant Reset: To make it worse, her bitter attitude vanishes into thin air by at least the episode "Rebel Alliance". She goes right back to her normal, helpful scientist self (much) later on to help Kenny build the Hard Metal System.

True pressure reveals a character's core; it doesn't magically turn them into a sore loser for twenty minutes before switching back. Emily’s attitude wasn't a realistic reaction to stress—it was just a terrible writing fumble to force cheap tournament drama.

What do you guys think? Did her attitude in this episode ruin her for anyone else?
