Hello,

Long shot and I hope I am not breaking any rules but this is as close to an Ottawa area boat forum I have found thus far.

I am looking for an on water tow service to tow my boat from a dock in Hull Marina (got towed by a boater in there and parked temporarily after hitting something in the water) to Leblanc Marina who can do repairs on my boat.

Its a 23 ft boat that has blown lower drive unit and engine that has hydrolocked.

I am searching for anyone (paid service or an individual) who can help tow my boat or refer me to someone.

Got out twice this week.

Once for a frog/flipping night in the Rideau river. Landed some good ones and worked out the frog rod

Also got out on the lower Rideau. Everything we found was one offs. Not groups to be hadm and then it was mostly tight to shore.

I haven’t caught one single fish at all since starting 3 weeks ago

Hi, i’m really new at fishing and i was wondering what are the best spots for fishing in dow’s lake and what should i expect on terms of fish and what lures should i bring with me. thanks!!

I’d like to start a fishing club at uottawa. Would anyone be interested in starting this with me?

Upper Rideau lake — Saturday, August 15, WAS going to Mississippi but it's flooded currently. 🎣

Heading out to Lower Rideau (Rideau ferry area) Saturday morning, on the water for 630-645am until 230-3pm

My buddy can’t make it anymore, so I’ve got room for TWO people on the 20-ft pro V if anyone wants to get out and fish!

Weather is looking pretty sweet, so hopefully it’ll be a great day on the water. ☀️🎣

Should be some good topwater to start, then  probably a chatterbait/ Texas rigs/ Carolina rig.

Not a guided trip — looking to get out, have some fun, and hopefully put a few bassover the rail. I always have water in the cooler, but bring what you liketo drink, plenty of room in the built in cooler. Just no bananas. 🍌😂

All I ask is that you kick in $ for gas.

Heading out to Mississippi Lake this Wednesday for a day of chasing bass and I’ve got one open seat in the boat.

This is NOT a guided trip — just looking for someone who wants to get out on the water, catch some fish, talk some trash, and have a good time. 😂

Plan is to get out early and fish until around 2 PM. No pressure, no sales pitch, no expectations of a tournament-winning bag… although I’m not saying we won’t try! 😎🎣

If you’re into bass fishing, enjoy being out on the water, and can handle a few bad jokes and hopefully some good fish, shoot me a DM.

Boat is covered. Just bring yourself, your gear, whatever you like to drink/eat (no bananas!), and a willingness to chase some bass.
