Please help with protocol

Mid 50's female and so far aging pretty well but want to up my game. I have some fine lines and deeper marionette lines. I have fair skin but I wear really good SPF 50 sunscreen every day. I get hydrafacials with dermaplaning every 6 weeks or so. Am looking for ideas / protocol on how best to incorporate the devices and products that I've bought recently, including:

- Series of 4 PRX treatments

- Going to schedule next round of botox around eyes and forehead soon

- Bought a Ziip microcurrent device but haven't yet used

- Revox line relaxer

- Skinmedica retinol complex 1.0

- Medicube PDRN Pink Peptide serum

- Tirtir collagen lifting eye cream

- The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 (with Ceramides)

- Mychelle Renew Remarkable Retinol Serum

- Mychelle Renew Remarkable Retinol night cream

- MD Solar Sciences evening retinol serum

- Derma-E Vitamin E 12,000 I.U. Cream

- Timeless Coenzyme Q10 Serum

- Andalou organics multi-correcting cream

I live in a very dry climate and for the most part, avoid the sun. I realize I have a lot of retinol products and want to be careful not to overuse.

Have been thinking about microdermabrasion as well.

Any thoughts / suggestions?
