Saw this car parked on the footpath while walking. Its the fourth time I’ve seen this same car being parked like this. Some “karyakarta” has his office in front of this and I walk here frequently. Aundh has become a chapri centre since the past year!!!

I’m looking for a reliable RTO agent familiar with PCMC RTO who can help with hypothecation termination for a two-wheeler/scooty.
I eventually plan to sell the vehicle, so I need to get the hypothecation removed before or along with the RC ownership transfer.
I’m getting conflicting information from different agents. Some are saying that hypothecation termination and RC transfer can no longer be processed together and that I first need to complete hypothecation termination, wait for the updated RC, and only then apply for ownership transfer.
However, I’ve also seen recent YouTube tutorials suggesting that both processes may still be possible together. Since RTO procedures can vary in practice, I’d rather hear from someone who has actually completed this recently at PCMC or Pune RTO.
