Hey anyone going to Fitness Arena? Actually I need gym buddy, its quite boring to go to gym by all yourself. 💪Let’s build together!

I want to buy a new laptop with 8GB–16GB RAM, a 4GB or 6GB graphics card, and 512GB or 1TB SSD Budget 1 lakh. Please suggest some good options and reliable stores to buy from in PCMC.

I visited Chinchwad Station today, and I found that most of the shops there seem to scam customers. For example, the World of Laptop. I bought a laptop from there about four years ago. At that time, they told me that the laptop would come with a 1TB HDD + 512GB SSD, but they only provided the HDD and did not give me the SSD. Later, when I asked them about it, they said, “We only provide the HDD; we never told you anything about the SSD.”

23F and recently started working out at Fitness Arena, Spine City. Looking for a gym buddy to train with …mostly strength training + a bit of cardio.

Would be great to have someone to stay consistent, push each other, and make workouts less boring :)

I've been using PMPML as my daily commute for the last 3 years, and honestly, I never felt the need to buy a bike. My bus stop is close to home, my office stop is nearby too, it's cheap, and I could always get a seat. I used that time to listen to music, read a book, or just scroll my phone. It also saved me from Pune's rain and harsh sun.

But over the last 2 months, something has changed. My daily 381 bus (Chikhali → Hinjawadi) has become packed almost every day. Earlier, I would easily get a seat, but now I have to stand until around Wipro Circle Phase 2, where the bus finally starts to empty.

I still prefer public transport over riding a bike, but the increasing crowd and delays are making me rethink that decision.

Anyone else who travels on the 381 route—or uses PMPML regularly—noticed the same thing lately?

Is there some event going on today? whole road is closed.

Please review the draft terms in our society's draft Sale Deed document. Several clauses heavily favor the developer/builder at the expense of the society members' rights:

1. Commercial Exploitation of Common Amenities Clause 16: Grants the builder rights to commercially exploit common society amenities, including allowing commercial showroom owners/purchasers access to the Clubhouse. Common amenities belong to the flat buyers who paid for them.
2. Exemption from Common Expenses & Fixed Maintenance Clause 15: Cap on the commercial showroom's maintenance contribution at just ₹500/month. Furthermore, the builder claims zero maintenance liability for unsold commercial units.
3. Reserved Parking & Common Area Rights Clause 18: The builder reserves exclusive rights and usage over specific spaces/areas around the commercial unit for parking, usage, or storage. Common areas should be collectively owned by the Co-operative Housing Society.
4. Retention of Terrace & Roof Rights Clause 5 & Conveyance Section: The builder seeks to retain rights over the "balance terrace area" and top terrace for hoarding, advertisements, or future development.
5. Shared Use of Society Resources for External Projects Clause 20, 21, & 22: Grants the vendor rights to grant neighboring land parcels and future sister concern projects access to our internal common resources, roads, and easement rights.

Hey guys, we have to go for IvF route as all other options have failed and couple of years of trying. Have consulted numerous doctors over the years and since we are now located in PCMC looking for a good doctor who can guide us without looking at us like cash cows. Went to Aditya Birla and dr there recommended Cloudnine. We are bit hesitant as its a corporate chain and feel they might keep us on the
hook for their benefit. We are ok to pay extra for genuine care and advice that benefits us. Do help

Pata hai aaj kya hua? 😮

I was riding my Activa 🛵 towards Dapodi metro station, everything was completely normal. The sky was a bit cloudy, but who knew that in just a few minutes, life would take a scary turn 😰

After crossing Phugewadi metro station, suddenly it started raining 🌧️ Not too heavy, but enough to make the road wet instantly. And then it happened, the exact thing every rider fears on a highway. A black Creta 🚙 stopped suddenly, right in the middle of the road, without any warning 😱

My heart skipped a beat 💔 I hit both brakes as hard as I could, but the wet road betrayed me. My back tyre lost grip and started skidding 💨 The bike swayed dangerously, and in that one moment, I genuinely thought something terrible was about to happen 🙏

But luck was on my side ✨ There was no one behind me. I got away with just a small scratch and a mild sprain on my right hand and leg 🤕 By the time I realized what had happened, it was already over.

And the one thing that truly saved me 🙌 was my helmet ⛑️🪖 If it wasn’t on my head that day, this story could have ended very differently 💯

So please, never skip wearing a helmet 🚫 A moment of laziness can turn into a lifetime of regret. Whether it’s a short ride or a long journey 🛣️, sunshine or rain ☔, always wear your helmet 🪖 It’s not just a rule, it’s your biggest protector on the road ❤️🙏

Has anyone else noticed how impossible it is to just walk around a mall in peace these days?

Yesterday I went to Elpro City Square Mall in Chinchwad to watch the new Spider-Man movie. I was alone, just heading to the theatre, and within minutes I was stopped multiple times.

Near a watch store, a couple of girls tried to stop me. I'm guessing they were selling some membership card or promotional offer. I politely said, "Sorry, I'm getting late," and kept walking.

Later, near the food court, another woman stopped me asking for donations to some campaign. Then, on the ground floor, someone else tried to sell me another card.

I get that they're just doing their jobs, and I never ignored or disrespected anyone. I always stopped for a second, smiled, and politely declined.

But honestly... why does it feel like you can't even stroll through a mall anymore without someone approaching you every few minutes with, "Do you have 30 seconds?"

I go to a mall to relax, grab some food, or watch a movie not to dodge sales pitches every few steps.

Does this happen at every mall now, or was I just unlucky yesterday?

Does this rule change between PMC and PCMC?

i am taking test for both 4 and 2 wheeler, can anyone tell me what happens and give me some advice.

also another thing, my driving school accidentally applied for 2 wheeler test with gear, but i dont own a bike neither do i know how to ride one. if i bring my scooty, can i get the license for 2 wheeler without gear or will i have to apply again.
