CPU locked at 0.5 GHz

Hi, my newly built PC runs extremely sluggish. Both in Win11 and when booting from a linux usb the cpu clockspeed seems to be locked at roughly 0.5 GHz. Even the BIOS is quite laggy.

It's a Ryzen 7 7800X3D and the mainboard is an MSI PRO B850-S WIFI6E.

I did update the BIOS and used the clear CMOS button to reset everything to factory defaults, but the problem persists.

Any idea, what could be causing this and how to fix it?

iSOA (in search of advice)

So last night my fiancé was playing eft last night, it started popping up msi screen with “Preparing automatic repair” on it and then a black screen that says “Your device ran into a problem, and needs to restart. We’ll restart it for you” and then goes to a black screen of death. We reinstalled windows today it worked for about 10-15 minutes then started doing the same exact thing, i unplugged his 2 ssd’s and left m.2 in (it has windows on it).
We can get into bios and all that goody good stuff but it just keeps doing the black screen of death no matter what we try to do.
Side note we also took the cpu out and put fresh thermal paste on it, we didnt know if it could have possibly had something to do with it.

Is there a way to put my PC on TV

Hi so my pc is my main gaming device, im wondering if there is anyway to play it on the TV without constantly moving it up and downstairs, i know you can get some form of WiFi hdmi cables but in that case would my controller be able to connect to my pc to even play from the couch, Im not sure if I'm just asking the impossible here but is there

GPU issues maybe unknown fragmentation glitch upon boot

I need help trying to fix my new pc it has an Asus rog crosshair x870 e hero amd motherboard, amd ryzen 9900x3d PCU, Asus tuff Radeon 9070xt GPU, Asus rog strict 1200w, and CORSAIR Vengeance RGB DDR5 RAM 32GB. Every time boot up my pc it will have a fragmentation glitch on the screen, and it will either post or won’t. If it doesn’t I press the flex key on the motherboard and then it will post. Is there any way you can help me?
