r/PETKIT

Anybody have a problem with auto drain and fill? I tried resetting it, but no luck. I have to do it manually everyday. For that price I expect a better product. I love petkit products but very disappointed with this one.

I’m really upset about this. I waited too long to receive my order and I’m unable to make it work here in Philippines. I purchased it from Chinese platform but it’s not specified that it’s locked. Does sending an email to support really help? I tried reaching out on app but they just pushback on my request.
