Halos monthly kami nag eemail pero walang reply! Luluwas pa ata kami sa manila just to get a certification , super abala 🥲

I got offered a job in a private international company at their Manila office with Php75k/mo salary. I’m currently a plantilla employee with SGL 16 (Php45k/mo), hired just 15 months ago also here sa NCR.
I really like the job in private dahil mas aligned sya with my field, it’s highly technical compared to my current job and kind of niche, altho my current is adjacent to my field.
Another concern ko ay progression, government is a bit slower and I feel like it would take years before I get promoted.
My main concern is salary. My mom is getting old, and gusto kong mas makatulong sa expenses sa bahay.
I ran a quick comparison sa Claude, and I need some insights from kind strangers.
Do you think I can negotiate a higher salary? Do you think I’ll miss out on some other govt benefits or incentives?

For context: I apply for a plantilla position in a Local Government Unit (LGU). Recently, I received an email saying that I am "qualified" to take the examination, but when I see the names/email of other applicants I see some familiar names from that same office and an outlook account.
