MAYA LANDERS CC OD for almost a year now. Collection agencies have been contacting me and offering settlement amounts, but honestly wala talaga akong pambayad right now. Even the MAD, hindi ko kayang bayaran for now because kulang na kulang talaga ang sahod sa daily expenses and other obligations.

They’ve also been sending demand letters through email which adds more stress and anxiety. I’m not refusing to pay naman, pero financially incapable lang talaga at the moment.

Has anyone here experienced the same situation? What did you do? Did you negotiate with the bank or collection agency? Any advice on how to handle this properly without making things worse?

Please no judgment. I’m just trying to survive and figure things out responsibly.

Anyone recently so far received "Installment / Restructure" plan offer (not 1-time payment discount) to their Maya Credit Card overdue?

In my case with 1.5yrs OD, so far no offer but only 1-time payment discount.
