Hey i need some advice coz im genuinely so frustrated with puma now.

I ordered puma milenio tech sneakers from the official puma india website for ₹3.3k. I
ended up hating the shoes coz what i ordered was totally different in color from what i really ordered. I want to return them nd get my money back.

Heres what happened:
My order was delivered, i initiated the return next day (on 30th sept)
The returns last deadline was 8th october.
Delhivery marked the pickup as “consignee unavailable” everytime, even though i was available the whole time.
The tracking then showed “pickup cancelled” on 9th October, with reason “reached maximum attempt count”.
Now Puma’s return portal says the returns last deadline window window has expired, and i cant select the return option anymore.
Ive already emailed customer care, and im not getting a useful response. They r also not responding on whatsapp.

Im stuck with these shoes. I dont want them. They were my first shoes ive ever bought for myself. Im also a student so i got money problems for this too (they were really out of my budget and I’ve waited for good shoes since 3 years and even 3k is a lot for me)

Id really appreciate advice from any1 who has been thru this. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

UPDATE: i emailed their customer support again to explain the whole situation. and they did respond they called me, asked what happened, and initiated a new return request from my order.

they have emailed me the confirmation

But the box is good, i checked every detail code ,etc. and I checked in poizon too.

All i know i bought them between 2008-2010

Hi all, I just got the Ferrari shirt last week and washed it for the first time. I handwashed it but it seems like it lost a lot of colour and the water after it was washed was completely red. Even the white parts are now slightly pink and there are obvious pink streaks. How should I wash for it to maintain its colour?? I am at a loss and extremely disappointed as this shirt was really expensive in my country (RM429) 😢😢😢
Can warranty cover this if I try to exchange for another shirt? I am extremely heartbroken and I’m not sure what to do..

Hi guys, I bought a pair of Puma Palermo suede sneakers (Matte Bronze - Silver Fog) from the official Puma Website.

I just received them, I like the overall colourway and they fit well and feel comfortable, however I am a bit worried about the suede texture.

It is not that apparent in photos (in photos my pair looks just like the product page images), but in-person the shoes are a quite whitish (as if faded) and rough (although a lot of it is fixed by me brushing the surface with my fingers but varies wildly depending on the angle of lighting).

I visited multiple puma stores in my area but none of them had this exact same colour on display, so I don't have any reference point of how this colourway is supposed to look like.

The manufacturing date on the box is September 2026, so I think the chances of these shoes being used or damaged are quite low.

Normally I would've just returned these and reordered the same pair for peace of mind, but this size is now out of stock on the Puma website and idk if and when they will restock it.

I really really like this pair, the colourway looks so cool, I just don’t want to be a potential shmuck who accepted a water damaged pair of sneakers because he was new to suede.
