I joined PWC before 3 months and till date I have 0% Utilization and Target is of 85%. I didn't got a chance to work on any project but the loading is 100% since 2 months means I am wholly locked for a project..

Today with the meeting with my Manager, I raised this point and told me its a big issue..

What Should I do now?? I am on probation period for 6 months and 3 months are still left..

Context: Joining as Tax associate, Hyderabad but entity is SDC Kolkata, even manager is in Kolkata office.

Will I be able to work 8 days a month from any other location as in gurugram or noida? Or i have to WFO 8 days in hyderabad office?

Like travel to office when needed, but can stay back in hometown. Is it possible?

I interviewed with PwC for a .NET Full Stack Developer role in Kolkata location and completed both L1 & L2 rounds. After that, they asked me to submit documents through an Excel sheet, which I already did.

On 29th April, HR discussed my notice period. I mentioned I have a 60-day notice period, so my joining date would be around 6th July. They asked if I could join by 18th June, but I said early release would be difficult from my current company.

HR said they would get back to me with compensation and joining details, but I haven’t heard anything since then. I also tried calling HR, but no response.

Should I assume I’m rejected, or is there still hope for the offer?

Hi all, I got offer letter on 4th may for a role in pwc bangalore. Hr said it's WFH and laptop will be delivered to my home and I'll start working from 11th may but laptop was not delivered. Hr said that they have already dispatched laptop and my joining is postponed to 14th. Again I didn't receive laptop. Hr said my joining is further extended to 20th may. So far, I haven't received my laptop. Am I being played with? Are they really considering me for the job or there's a risk that I might not get the job here. Please help

My L1 interview happened on 29th April for the role of senior BA. However, there has been no response from the HR after that.
I tried calling the HR twice but he did not pick up my phone.

Should I consider this as a rejection?

Joined in May as an Associate in the One Consulting practice. No project unallocated yet. Wanted to get a sense of how long this typically takes is there anything I should be doing proactively, or is it just a waiting game?

Hi all i joined PwC india 2025 september as Senior associate in Advisory Bangalore Location and Deputed to Client project before joining itself and after 7 months The client project was over and got released after that i haven't recieved any interview till date but internally from manager side some client discussion going on for deployment its been 1.5 months now is there any risk elements in current situation?

Also For September 2025 joiners will get appraisal? i have 2 ratings and what percentage of variable pay i can expect as well ? also when would be the new compensation will be effective?

Got selected for a Specialist Apprenticeship role at PwC India via superset and received the selection confirmation mail. Can anyone tell me how much time it usually takes to get the official offer letter after this selection mail? Especially for recent campus hiring/apprenticeship batches

I wanted to know how is this role & territory wrt faster promotions, salary growth and on site opportunities as compared to other roles & territories at PwC AC??

In how many yrs, I can become Manager at PwC AC starting from here??

Are PCS clients and UK territory valued in the industry if I try to switch?? What are the exit opportunities??

Today i have recieved the mail for pre offer letter bgv by Digiverifier. Had discussion regarding offer letter today mostly will be released by monday.
Here is what i need help. I am serving Notice period and my LWD is 22 May. I had same discussed with HR SPOC. She told that only after full bgv only they will give me joining date and this will take between 24 days or 3 june.

I have another company offer letter in hand. and joining date is 25 May. Is there any way to ask hr to fast the process. and what is normal time line pwc follow to complete BGV. Please share your experience.

I have received an email stating I'm shortlisted for ETL role i applied for and the interview mentioned date was 9th May, but still haven't got the interview email yet.I was hoping they would send the mail atleast 2 days prior, so can I still expect the interview email for tomorrow?
