Ads behind home plate causing artifacts PADRES.TV stream

I stream the games using Padres TV and over the the last couple of series I've noticed the computer placed ads behind home plate have been causing terrible artifacts with the ball going to/from the plate, off the bat, and halos around players. Last night there was flickering of an ad caught between the upper left corner of the strike zone box and the catcher. It's weird because I've only noticed this since the Cleveland series and maybe it's a road game thing. Idk.

I'm not going crazy, other people are seeing this too, right? It's so bad.

Edit: I searched the MLB subreddit and I'm not seeing any threads about this which is why I'm asking.
