Grandpa once had a family, then spent years surviving on the streets. When he first arrived here, he kept his guard up. He had completely forgotten what it felt like to be loved, stroked, or spoiled with treats.

Against all odds, he learned to trust again. Now, he greets everyone with hope in his eyes, following volunteers around like a little shadow just to feel included.

But our days are rushed, and as evening falls, we have to lock up. He is left alone once again.

Does he dream of a warm home, or do street memories of freezing winter nights still haunt him?

He doesn’t ask for much—just a quiet corner, a warm blanket, and someone to love him back. Let’s help Grandpa spend his remaining years where he belongs: in a real home.
