Sebastian Closet shop
Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone from the team, or someone who's ordered from Sebastian closet before, might be able to help.
I ordered a pre-owned clothing item a few months ago. The USPS tracking shows it as delivered in Studio City, CA, but I live in Switzerland and never received it.
I initially received a reply explaining that it first went through a shipping station in Los Angeles, but despite several follow-up emails over the past few weeks/months, I haven't received any further response.
I'm honestly really disappointed. I bought the item as a gift because it meant a lot to us, and at this point I don't know if it's ever going to arrive.
I'm not trying to accuse anyone of anything. I just don't know what else to do. If anyone from the team sees this, or if anyone has had a similar experience, I'd really appreciate any advice or an update.
