Sorry to ask a stupid question

What do these symbols mean? I've googled, I've even asked ai who all give different answers.

Advise

Theres alot of disagreement online regarding order of evolution. We are in the beginning of s1 im focusing water currently but I really dont know which palmon I should evol next and to what level? My ninja is maxed and dolph is tier 3 evolution. I currently have around 170 evolution essence and im not sure what would be the most beneficial, should i evo 4 dolph or maybe T3 lucinda or gnashley? glacialwing continues to elude me currently 1067/1200 orbs 0.013% chance my ass. Season 1

Hi guys, just wondering what are the best tips for season 1? Do you save eggs to use them in the hatchery later? Does it make a difference? Do you save palcatchers?

Essentially, is there any major difference maker that we should be considering as a server goes into S1.
