Why are some JDDC side text so close to the brim and some are closer to the strap. Is one way more valuable? It seems to vary between releases and signatures. Some older releases have it both ways and some newer have it both ways. Was this an error or purposely done.

The first seller is probably responsible for more fake PALY listings than anyone else I've come across. He has even been given the Trusted Seller badge on Grailed, which is honestly hard to understand

Because there are so many different fake items, I can only use one listing from each seller as an example to show the issues

How to identify fakes:

1. The easiest way to spot a fake is by checking the main tag and the back side of the wash tag. Most sellers either do not show photos of the back of the wash tag or intentionally use blurry photos to hide signs of counterfeit items

2. The portrait print on the hang tag should not be used as the primary authentication method, since hang tags can easily be swapped before photos are taken

3. The print and distressing are another way to identify fakes. So far, counterfeit versions have not been able to replicate PALY's distressing details accurately

4. Price is often the biggest red flag. As a buyer, ask yourself why most people are selling the same item for $400–$500 while a particular seller is asking only $200. In many cases, that price difference is there for a reason

Excellent condition. Deserves a better home because I don’t wear it + I deadass crashed my Porsche (James Dean reference) and need parts. Free US priority shipping + I can ship out same day because I’m a fat unemployed chud. PayPal F&F preferred because some of you Reddit folk are suspicious. I can hit you with some more detailed pics if you’re going to be like that but yeah there’s no flaws or anything. Great find and I’m selling it priced fair because my girl was stolen by a reseller demon who rips people off just so he can walk around Silverlake in vintage chrome from Twofold. Anyway I also payed an Etsy witch to cast a spell on the hat so if you ever run into Mr. Franco don’t be surprised if he like comes up to you and starts touching your Jimmy Dean and stuff.
