[Meetup] Do you ever replay conversations in your head for days?

Do you ever feel like your mind gets stuck on the same thought?

You replay a conversation from three days ago.

You wonder whether you said the wrong thing.

You imagine every possible outcome of something that hasn't even happened yet.

You tell yourself you're "just thinking it through," but somehow an hour has passed and you're still going in circles.

Psychologists call this rumination—when our minds keep returning to the same thoughts without moving us any closer to an answer.

The difficult part is that rumination often starts with good intentions. Our brains are trying to protect us: understand what happened, avoid future mistakes, or prepare for uncertainty. But instead of finding clarity, we often end up feeling more anxious, more self-critical, and more exhausted.

This Sunday, we're hosting a small meetup to explore ruminations — why our minds get stuck in loops, and how we can relate to those thoughts with a little more understanding and a little less struggle.

Date: Sunday, 5 July 2026

Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (2 Hours)

Location: Rose Garden, Sector 16, Chandigarh (Exact spot shared with registered participants)

Group Size: Limited to 5–10 people max (To ensure everyone feels safe and heard)

Eligibility: Anyone aged 18+

Chandigarh should have an IMAX by this time.

I have been thinking about this a lot of times. Now as Odyssey is released in India and the only place, north Indian can watch this movie in IMAX is NCR region.
I am unable to find a reason that IMAX doesn’t exist in Chandigarh.

🐾 ADOPTION APPEAL: Meet Onyx, the Little Pup with the Bravest Heart! 🐾

Onyx was rescued from a terrifying situation—he was found under a car, being chased by five adult dogs. He had a large gash on his chest, a few smaller wounds, and a fever. Thankfully, he has been fully treated, received his anti-rabies vaccination, and has been dewormed. He is now healthy, active, cheerful, and guaranteed to make you smile every time you look at him!

In just a week, this amazing boy has completely adjusted to one of our dogs and loves playing with him. He is incredibly confident, active, affectionate, and wants nothing more than to follow you around the house.

He is also extraordinarily smart: He learned the "sit" command in just one day! He hasn't had a single potty accident in the house. Despite being crated for his first three days, he always alerts us when he needs to go outside.

Why he desperately needs a forever home:

We actually located his mother and littermates and returned him to them after his treatment. But this little guy had other plans! He managed to navigate his way back to our house the very next day, braving multiple territorial dog gangs along the route. For a 2-month-old puppy, that feat is absolutely amazing.

He has made it crystal clear: he wants a home with humans!

We love him, but we already have 9 dogs in our house, and not all of them are willing to accept a new puppy. We don't want him to put himself in danger.

Quick Facts about Onyx: Age: ~2 months old Health: Fully recovered, vaccinated (anti-rabies), and dewormed Favorite Foods: Chicken, dahi, and calcium chewies 🍗🥣

Please give this brave, clever boy the loving home he fought so hard to find. If you or anyone you know is looking to adopt a loyal best friend, please DM me.. Open to adoptions in and around Delhi, Chandigarh, Panchkula.
