RPers in the comment section?
This is a longggg long shot lol but if anyone here was around when comment sections were up, were you part of TARP (the annoying role players)? We used to roleplay mainly lord of the rings / narnia / pirates under all the film score comment sections. There are some people that I’ve completely lost touch with and I’m always wondering if anyone else remembers this era (2011-13ish)
Pandora audio issue with Onn 4K Pro 2026
Hi! I recently picked up the Onn 4K Pro 2026 model and installed the Pandora music app. I don't know if the audio issue I'm having is related to the app or the Onn box or both. I'll listen to some music just fine and when I'm done I'll select "exit app" NOT "sign out." When I open the app again music is playing automatically, but there's no sound. I unplugged the box and when I plug it back in again I'll get sound from the Pandora app. Any idea what the exit app selection is giving me this audio issue? I don't want the app to run in the background so that's why I select "exit" after use. I don't think I should lose audio because of this? Help in this matter is appreciated!
I honestly wonder why Pandora is getting a lot of backlash in this sub and on Google Play?
I mean, I've been using Pandora Music for a long time and I've never really had any problems worth complaining about. Can someone tell me why all this backlash is happening?
Goodbye Pandora and good riddance
Tired of starting up my truck and hearing my great music on Spotify kick on, just for Pandora to take over and out on some garbage. Gladly Uninstalled today.
Has any of you been having problems with the app lately or Pandora in general?
For the last few weeks it seems like it wants to crash any five songs if that, which weirdly enough is super annoying. This could be my phone but I've updated the app and cleared the cache so I was just curious if anybody else was having problems.
Also I swear to God, some of my stations have become generic rock. I got one station based on Tool and another one based on Nine Inch Nails, and both of them are playing generic or light rock now. And yeah I never upvote or downvote things.
I made Setto. A free iOS Pandora Alternative
You pick a few artists you love, start swiping, and the music adapts (Basically tinder for music recommendations).
It's free and runs entirely on device.

I just shipped "Previews" mode which doesn't require any streaming subscription.
Currently thinking about how to integrate better with other platforms and wanted to get feedback from the Pandora community about how you'd like the app to connect with your library or things definitely don't want.
Started with Apple Music because their API is extremely generous to developers. Right now, the main request is Spotify integration but their API isn't very friendly.
If you're curious, the app is free because it's a passion side project for me. I built it because I host radio shows and the thing I love about DJing and being on aux is reading the room, and adjusting on the fly based on what's landing. Most algorithms don't do that and optimize for engagement, not for what actually resonates with you right now.
