This happened almost a year ago and ngayon lang ako nagkalakas ng loob magsalita.

I was sexually harassed by my prof (UPang Dagupan)...gusto kong humingi ng tulong pero ayaw kong malaman ng pamilya ko.

Hello everyone! F20 here. Where can you recommend a good OB-GYN for a check-up? As much as possble, someone who’s patient and approachable sana.

I already have an OB, but she’s quite old na po, so I’m considering looking for another one. I’ve also tried going to R1 before, but I experienced some doctors being a bit impatient or mataray. Although I completely understand since there were a lot of patients that time.

Anyway, I’m looking for recommendations around Calasiao/Dagupan, but nearby areas are okay too. Thank you so much po!

Hello mayor, sana naman matututo tayong magannounce nang maaga para alam naming mga estudyante kung babalik ng dorm o hindi lalot maaga pa kami gigising para lang mag-commute at makipagsapalaran sa school. Konting KONSIDERASYON naman sana wag puro ENGAGEMENT ang pinapairal. Mayor it is such a BIG fucking hassle for commuters and drivers yung ginagawa niyo sa traffic. Another "sabitan ng picture" na naman ba yung foot bridge sa tapat ng SM Urdaneta? Look at what happened to 168 foot bridge. Tangina sayang! Well I'm not sure if that was a Government project or project ni SM. Pero if that was your admin's project the WTF is that? Eto pa, yung kalsada sa San Vicente na gaputangina ang lubak, yung kalsada sa Anonas na nakakaputangina ang baha. Kulang nalang lumangoy ang mga nasasakupan mo! Hello friends!!! I need halp!!! Nahihirapan ako mag-establish ng routine here coming from my Metro Manila life 😭 As a trentahin and single, medyo lost ako kung paano mag-set up ng buhay dito, most of my elementary and high school friends are everywhere, some busy with their own lives, so medyo nawala na ako sa loop. Hindi ko na nga nakakausap pati mga kababata ko lol

Matagal na akong may gripe about yung overpass, pero as someone who's extensively spent so much time reading case studies and urban planning research, hot take ko is it shouldnt have been built in the first place (or at least the way it was executed). And I'll do my best to explain simpler

Hollistic kasi dapat kasi ang urban planning when it comes to decongesting yung "bayan" area:

(1) The presence of the Bypass road warrants better pedestrianization of the streets na mas malapit sa bayan. Creation of the bypass road removes THROUGH traffic (example, if galing akong villasis and intention kong pumuntang baguio/dagupan/manaoag, and wala akong gagawin/intensyon sa bayan mismo ng urdaneta). Hence, dapat incentivized ang active mobility (wider, shaded pedestrian facilities) dahil majority ng mga pupunta bayan ay may intensyon talaga na pumunta roon.

And to reduce the number of vehicles using McArthur Highway, it should be easy for one person to take the alternative ( which is walking, cycling, public transport) to get to their destination within the city center, rather than using a vehicle.

(2) Development of land surrounding the bypass road should be limited. If the purpose of the road is to MOVE people, then dapat wala masyadong rason to tumambay around the area, lest it becomes another city street na magkakatraffic, dahil mas maraming titigil at titingin around there, making it viable again for some motorists who intend to go to baguio/villasis/dagupan/manaoag to just take McArthur Highway.

Now how does this affect yung overpass sa area na iyan? Since I would consider CB Mall at SM to be more or less vicinity ng bayan area, dapat hindi mahirap para sa tao na maglakad papunta sa kanilang destinasyon. I still believe a strictly enforced pedestrian crossing is better than forcing PWDs, Senior Citizens to climb 2 storeys just to cross the road.

Or if the city really believes an overpass is necessary, sana iconnect nila sa establishments' buldings mismo (SM and CB Mall) so that magamit mg mga tao yung escalator/elevator and di mahirapan sa pagtawid.
