Hi everyone, my partner and I are looking for an apartment 1b/1b or similar rentals in the area of Parma or Parma Heights. Do you have any recommendations? Our budget is 1000-1200k. Is the area safe? What are some great things and no so great things about the neighborhood? Thank you!

I have a lot of (fruit) trees by my house that need trimming and pruning pretty badly, 3 of them are brushing against the house. Anyone know any decent, fairly priced arborists for such a job? Thanks !
