**Every morning for a week, I’ve woken up to my neighbor’s cat sitting perfectly still on my porch, staring through the glass door. Today, I finally decided to 'talk' to him. I opened the door to say hi, and he didn't run. He just looked at my shoes, gave a very loud, judgmental sigh, and walked away. I spent the next 20 minutes wondering what’s wrong with my shoes. I feel like I just failed an audition I didn't even know I was in.**

我是第一次养猫。

几天前在救助站领养了一只五个月大的母猫，我原本是打算按照网上教学方法先把猫咪进去比较安静了房间里放养。

但是我刚把猫咪领回家，因为我妹妹好奇的同时手贱打开了猫咪的宇航箱 导致猫咪因为惊吓冲进去厨房，当时我逼不得已跑去厨房把她强抓了起来。(差点爬上灶台，灶台上有煮着东西)

现在我已经领养回来第5天了。一看到我就立刻躲起来，已经好几天了。

附近有放了猫粮，但是猫粮好像没有动过，水不清楚有没有喝？之后早上在猫咪躲起来的地方前方打开了个小型猫罐头之后工作下午回来看 没吃(我并没有与其对视)，第三天倒是有在猫砂盆上小号，没大号。第四天，第5天没动静。

晚上我在床上睡着时我听到猫咪走动的声音。

现在有什么办法解决我现在的状况？拜托了🙏🏻🙏🏻

This is my first time owning a cat.

A few days ago, I adopted a five-month-old female kitten from a rescue shelter. My original plan was to follow online instructions and let her roam freely in a quieter room first.

However, as soon as I brought her home, my sister curiously opened her cat carrier, causing the kitten to run into the kitchen in fright. I had to run to the kitchen and forcibly restrain her. (She almost climbed onto the stove, where something was cooking.)

It's been five days since I adopted her. She hides as soon as she sees me, and this has been going on for several days now.

There's cat food nearby, but she doesn't seem to be eating it. I'm not sure if she's drinking water. This morning, I opened a small can of cat food in front of where she was hiding, but when I checked back in the afternoon, she hadn't eaten it (I didn't make eye contact with her). On the third day, she urinated in the litter box, but didn't defecate. There's been no activity on the fourth and fifth days.

At night, I hear the kitten moving around while I'm sleeping in bed.

What can I do to resolve this situation? Please 🙏🏻🙏🏻
