Pls help me justify this purchase decision

Okay, I need someone to tell me I'm not crazy for this and help me justify it to my fiancee....

The Coal Margots are returning on 20/8 at 10am PST or, in my time, 21/8 at 3am AEST

I missed out on the initial drop due to $ availability
I missed out on the restock at the beginning of the year due to an unresolved issue where the website was trying to charge me shipping despite my cart being over the free shipping threshold for Australia (by the time I decided to just eat the cost, they'd sold out 😭)

I need these shoes for my wedding on 31/10 and I am NOT missing out again!

I have a calendar notification set for the drop, but would it be completely unhinged of me to set an alarm to wake up 10-15 minutes before the drop (so 2:45am kinda thing) so I can be on the site ready to get them as soon as they drop? My alarm will almost certainly wake my fiancee which he'll be grumpy about... I'm also pregnant and could very well already be awake at that time trying to find a comfortable position anyway... buuuuuut...

I really don't wanna miss out because I've been waiting ages for these shoes, but is getting up to buy shoes at 2:45am reasonable or is it completely crazy behaviour?

First time buyer questions

I have been eyeing these shoes for years but now have the money to buy my first pair in the uk.

I am 6.5 uk size.

This might sound like a silly question but do all the shoes you buy include the flat bottoms to wear them as flats or do I have to get them separately?

Also are the sizing accurate to UK sizes or should I go up a size?

Looking at shoes can be changed to look like sandals and eyeing up the boots too.

I would be grateful for some help as I have a holiday coming up so want to get them and break into them before I go.

Unsure international customer: what do I do?

I would appreciate some advice please. I have had my eyes on Pashion shoes for years and I have finally managed to save enough money to buy my first pair. I'm based in Scotland so looking at the Blake boots for weather-appropriateness and being able to wear them to work. I've seen some comments and reviews about sizing them up so they can be worn with socks but since I'm an international customer, I have to pay for all returns, shipping and tax so I'm very nervous to buy a pair in the first place, let alone a different size, because I'll be hugely out of pocket if they don't fit. I'm a 9.5 (US) 7 (UK) and I was wondering if anyone else had bought the Blake boots or had to do an international return, and if so, would you be comfortable sharing how much it cost.

TIA

tips for breaking in the mary’s?

i’ve had mine for about a week now and i haven’t noticed much of a difference in the toes flattening out even though i’ve been wearing them as flats. i’ve seen some people suggest putting dumbbells on them while not wearing them but i’m afraid it might noticeably crease the material? this is my first pair of pashion’s and i feel like when i wear them i’m not exerting much weight/force through my toes while they’re in the flat mode. i certainly do in the heel mode but i’ve only wore them once as heels so far so i’m not sure if that might be more helpful or not
