Hey everyone,

My name’ is V, I’m 32, live in the UK and I’m relatively new to Path of Exile.

I’m definitely what you’d call a casual player. I run my own business, have a wife, two dogs and all the other irritating responsibilities that get in the way of playing any game.

I usually manage a couple of hours in the evenings when I can, sometimes more at weekends, but it varies massively depending on work and life, and whether my wife wants me to watch the new season of love is blind.

I’ve mostly been playing solo so far and thought it would be much more fun to find a group of people in a similar situation.

Not looking for anything sweaty or overly organised. Just a good group of adults who enjoy PoE and want people to play and chat with when they’re online.

New players are absolutely welcome. I’m one myself. Experienced players are equally welcome, especially if you don’t mind answering the occasional stupid question.

I’m currently playing Runes of Aldur, softcore trade on PS5 Pro.

I’m thinking of creating a small Discord community called:

Exiles With Responsibilities

Jobs. Partners. Pets/Kids/Both. Wraeclast when we can.

The idea would be somewhere we can:

- Find people for campaign, maps, trials, bosses etc.
- Ask questions and help each other with builds
- Organise spontaneous or planned sessions
- Trade and help each other out
- Use voice chat when we feel like it (personally I would like to chat and play)
- Chat about PoE and generally talk shit
- Actually get to know the people we’re playing with rather than joining random parties every time
- and just play and find some loot

PC and Xbox players are welcome too since PoE2 supports cross-play.

I’m UK based, so UK/European evenings will probably make up the initial core, but people from anywhere are welcome. Having different time zones might actually be useful because hopefully there’ll eventually be somebody around most of the time.

There’s no expectation that anyone plays every day or all day either. That’s sort of the entire point.

I’m actually away on for work for the next couple of weeks, so consider this an interest check rather than an immediate Discord invite.

I’ll keep an eye on the post while I’m away and, assuming there’s some interest, I’ll put the Discord together properly towards the end of the next two weeks and send the joining details to everyone who wants in.

We can mess around in the current league for now, play together when we can and figure things out as we go.

Then, when the next fresh PoE2 league/event comes around, it could be really fun for a bunch of us to start fresh together.

I’m thinking strictly 18+ for the Discord, mainly because I’d like it to be an adult social gaming group rather than something I have to heavily moderate.

If you’ve been playing solo and thinking it’d be nice to actually have some regular people to jump on with, that’s basically who I’m looking for.

So i am looking for a good arpg and i hear path of exile 2 is fantastic but its in early access, the game will eventually be free but i would like to play it now. So i dont know if i should spend the money or just wait

Angormus again with massive RNG, getting flat damages on a weapon along with +2, quick +15 ma boots, but unable to capitalise.

It looks overall that mercenary is the more consistent class to race, but huntress with twisters just has more high roll potential. We now have 3 huntresses qualifying, will any other class be able to qualify next week? Will we see time improvement yet again?

I’ve been playing a ward stacking infernalist with comet on elemental ailment. I’ve been doing juiced maps and simulacrum without issue. I hadn’t actually died for the past 2 weeks. Just now I was fighting Jamanra in a T15 maps with no deliriumand just… died when he hit phase 2. I have no idea how but it almost feels like the wind or some damage somewhere bypassed my ward. I had full 4.2k ward when I died.

As some suggested in my latest publication, I rerolled to a ritualist, with far better synergies with a lot of builds and overall better tankiness (10k ES w/ CI, capped res). I also upgraded my rarity (477%) and my culling threshold is currently sitting at about 53% for rare monsters.

HMU if you want to play! I'm down for anything really. I just played alone for too long this league and I'm usually used to playing with people.

I have been hunting the spirit boon for weeks and I finally got it, t16 13mod(6 from waystone, 1 from Jado and 6 from tablets)map.... I did not want to play any games with it, I pathed straight to it with my explosives and played cautiously... I was on the tenth wave and what I believe was literally the last mob of the last wave, teleported on top of me and one shot me... I almost cried I'm NGL. Hard to even think about playing the game rn. Just wanted to share my misery

finally after some time i got to play the new season, quite a bit of a late start but start non the less, what would you recommend as a league starter i want something to do all content if possible on 1 character i wanna try min max as much as i can, preferably with a build guide since I am still kinda new to PoE 2 mechanics, thank you all in advance
