I'm looking to play a Minion Low Budget / League Starter build for patch 3.28, but I'm having a hard time deciding.

While researching, I compiled this list of potential builds:

• Phantasm Disciple of Arakali RotA
• Vaal Absolution Necromancer
• Kinetic Blast of Clustering Necromancer
• Carrion Golems & Zombies Necromancer
• Poison SRS Necromancer
• Forged Frostbearer Spectre Necromancer
• Chaos Minion Army Necromancer
• Poison Ranged Animate Weapons
• Arakaali’s Raise Spider Occultist

Which one of these is the absolute best option?

Hello friends. Im looking for a more detailed guide for Ice Crash of Cadence for next league. I only really have time for one build per league these days and seeing Bitterdream used for super budget mapping simplifies gearing through that awkward end of campaign to maps phase easier. But from that point to the super expensive builds on poe ninja I am lost. Any guides or direction would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I know I'm late to the party, but I want to play FROSS Occ next league, I will be league starting some ignite elementalist build and farm for the main build.

I saw a few variations on pob.ninja, and I have a slight idea of the easiest ways to start the build. Now I have a few questions:

1 - On an early league scenario, should I go with the combo of Graven's Secret + Malachais Loop + Ralakesh or Rare belt + Shield with ES on block + Tailwind Boots / Stampede?

2 - Is it worth it to go Shavronne's Revelation for more ES?

3- How hard is it to cap critical strike chance on this build? What is necessary to reach it?

I've spent most of my first two leagues playing splashy bow builds and I want a change of pace.

what I've done -

keepers - lightning arrow deadeye (not to endgame)

mirage - toxic rain pathfinder // siege ballista hiero (not to endgame) // shock nova of procession archmage hiero

what I'm looking for -

- an older consistent build with a league or more's worth of guides and content (not a "wait for patch notes and see what's new and gigabroken" build)

- better single target at mid-budget and above than my previous bow builds (I mostly want to just not ignore Feared and uber challenge for the whole league anymore, but a bosser might be interesting)

- on the tankier side

- not horrible mapping speed

- not piano keys gameplay

- not another bow. maybe something with a shield.

- has an interesting deterministic rare craft that isn't ailment immune boots

negotiable:

- league start viable (okay if the actual league starter has a similar feel)

- decent visual clarity without mtx (okay if it does stupid damage and isn't super bright)

- short or no delay between clicking button and dealing damage (okay if the build stops feeling clunky decently soon in progression)

- minions, spectres, animate guardian, etc look scary :( (okay if they actually aren't that complicated at all)

I don't know if there are any builds that tick all the boxes, but most of them is fine. I just want to try a new build next league. and see my screen. :( shock nova is hurting my head.

Last Time i asked i did really many Things wrong with the Build. Now i like to ask again if Anyone like to Point out what is missing or there could be something changed to get the Feeling of OP BV MP. The Char is currently only lvl 86 cause it do not feels good in any Way for me.

Started collecting Items for these Build like 2 Months ago but RL catched me hard and now it feels pretty much to much to look for Changes and keep all in Mind. Feel pretty much Lost...

I have an Emnitys Embrace already laying around and many other Gearpieces i needed to change. Chest is Selfmade after some YouTube and Boots to. Runned out on Currency and thats why Boots ended like they are. Would love more MS thereever i could grab it!

Please consider WeaponSwap for the Mapstart, the Empower lvl 4 is atm on my HRoC Char to farm some Currency.

Going to give a shot on ToTA event, and want to know what is best all-rounder tota event build to do? I dont care ToTA itself but want to mess around w/ new ascendancies - smth what makes levelling and mapping breeze? :)

I am thinking what build is a reliable candidate for uber bosses. Ideally not only the one shot bosses, like exach but one that can do all bosses. It does not need to be abel to do anything else.

Last league I played specters but didn't have the time to take it to endgame.

its foulborn ghostwithe with smite and energy blade

I die to non-juiced content more often than i thought i would.

I feel i dont have enough regen / leech. or enough evade for multiple mobs. I feel decent against bosses.

I have frenzy and power charges off becuase when mapping i dont generate consistently.

My thoughts to fix:

-get endurance charges somehow (meglomaniac or disciple of the unyeilding)

-get instant leech instead of whatever i have now

-get more evasion somehow

-upgrade rings for more health

-ill be switching anoint to tenacity when i get the coins.

-go the dps route, switch to smite of divine judgeement kills mobs before you get killed

3.29 league is upcoming, planning to play on a witch, on a minion build to be exact. So the question is how good is minion build in late game ? Like will i be able to farm simulacrum/do bossing ? Or should i look for another build. Sorry if i had made mistakes i am bad at english. Thanks in advance.

Hi. I'm looking for EA Totem build. I did try Ancestral Commander for the Tota event. I enjoyed it even though my playtime is a bit limited. My character is still at level 94; gear is okayish. I've managed to beat Eater but not Exarch (came close a few times).

Armour is only 10k, spell damage suppression is only at 64%, physical damage reduction is 63%, and all resistances are capped at 75%. Yeah, still not good; sometimes died from bleeding or corrupted blood.

So, perhaps for a new league, what kind of ascendancy can I use for EA totem? Chieftain?

Any tips and recommendations are much appreciated.

Updates:

• finally beat Exarch and got first voidstone
• changed a lot of my gears, primarily the bow and body armour (Brass Dome, tankier now); armour at 23k
• spell damage suppression is still at 64%; physical damage reduction is 79%
• all resistances at 79% and chaos is capped at 75%
• using medium cluster jewel (sleepless sentries)
• next voidstone (incarnation of dread and elder and shaper), Maven and Sirus (depend on carry)

I am new to build making but have been playing a few different guides. My brother and I are looking to play a duo league start for the next 3.29 league. I know we haven't got the Patch Notes yet, but I still want, and enjoy, to make a PoB for our Arc Carry and Scion Aurabot. We have played, both Spark and KBoC from the doc in Snap's description, so most of the things I have is taken from that. I have created the linked early Aurabot up until CI, but i can't figure out how to create the Arc Carry.

The Aurabot is very generic and is therefore easy to "steal", but Spark and Arc has different ways of scaling. As far as I understand, with Arc I don't have to scale Projectile Duration or Speed, but mostly Cast Speed and maybe Chains for using Arc of Oscillating?
Or maybe Jiquani's Potential and Int Stacking is the best way to go for a bunch of flat Lightning Damage?

I don't know if any of this would make sense and if so, I don't know how to efficiently scale it. I'm not even sure if it should be a Hierophant or Inquisitor.

So if any of you PoE veterans (and other PoE build-makers) have any suggestions, I would really appreciate it!

Overall the build did very well. I think this build makes some great use of the borrowed power of the league. Despite spending more than I wanted to, Triggerbots ended up being a HUGE addition to the build. I had a ton of fun running it. Hopefully we get some way to do something similar in main league, I'd like to see Tawhoa's on Reliquarian at some point.

League start felt relatively smooth, and it transitioned pretty well on day 3 or so. The POB isn't exactly what I ran, but it's close enough with one or two minor differences.

Something minorly notable between now and the last time I ran this template is this build benefits from a ton more modifiers. Conversely it's impacted by more map mods as well. For instance, since it benefits so much from Area of Effect and Cooldown Recovery, maps that have those as modifiers feel *much* worse to run, so much so that I started skipping them if I didn't have a ton invested in the map.

Moving forward I'll be running some different league exclusive setups before pushing my effort into next league start. Hope you guys enjoy the build if you end up checking it out!
