Hello all , I am from Gurdaspur, and my sister recently will be clearing NEET UG as per the answer key, and I'm conflicted between chossing GMC PATIALA AND GMC AMRITSAR Although patiala is a better college overall as per the internet but I am from engineering background so in that college matters a lot but I am not sure about mbbs. Do you guys suggest that it's worth the distance( Gmc Amristsar is 1.25 hrs drive ) and patiala is 4.25 hours away. Any review of college by any mbbs student would be appreciated (hostels arrangement , food ,safety , neighboring market accessibility etc.) THANK YOU.
Meet Loki – a tiny survivor looking for his forever home
Loki is a 1.5-month-old male Indie puppy who was found all alone, with no mother or littermates in sight. Despite such a rough start to life, he's grown into an incredibly friendly, calm, playful, and affectionate little pup who loves being around people.
He's:
Loki is still just a baby and deserves the chance to grow up in a loving home instead of on the streets. If you've ever thought about adopting a dog, this little guy could become your best friend for the next 12–15 years.

I came to Patiala for my exam and stayed here for almost two days. It was my first time visiting the city, and I really enjoyed my time here.
I stayed at Dukh Nivaran Gurudwara Sahib, and I loved the experience. The people were very kind and welcoming. I sat inside the Gurudwara for almost an hour because it felt so peaceful. The lights, the building, and the overall atmosphere were beautiful. It gave me a very calm and positive feeling.
I had brought food from home, but I still made some space for the halwa prasad and the langar. It was so tasty, and I'm really happy I got to eat there.
I also walked around a little and found everyone to be friendly and helpful. I'm going back with a lot of good memories from this city.
Thank you, Patiala, for your kindness and hospitality. I'll always remember my first visit here. ❤️

Hi everyone,
I'm 35+ and I've honestly never joined a gym in my life. Lately I've been thinking a lot about getting fitter and improving my health, but I keep holding myself back.
The biggest issue is that I feel awkward starting at this age. I don't know how to use most of the equipment, I don't have any gym buddies, and I'm worried I'll just feel out of place among people who already know what they're doing.
For those in Patiala:
.
Are there any gyms where the trainers are patient and don't judge?
Has anyone else started their fitness journey in their 30s or later?
Would you recommend joining alone, or is it better to find a gym partner first?
I'd really appreciate any advice, encouragement, or even if someone is in a similar situation and wants to start together.
Thanks in advance.....
Tomorrow is my AIIMS Paramedical entrance exam, and my center is in Patiala. It'll be my first time visiting the city, so I have no idea about the area.
Can anyone suggest a decent and budget-friendly place to stay for one night? A dharamshala, hostel, or any affordable lodge near the exam center would be really helpful. Also, if you have any tips for first-time visitors or exam-day advice, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance! ❤️

Hey everyone, can anyone suggest a genuinely good therapist/counsellor in Patiala (or even online) who is affordable and has actually helped you or someone you know?
I’m specifically looking for someone who understands issues faced by younger people and doesn’t have a very outdated or judgmental “boomer” approach. Someone who listens well, is practical, emotionally understanding, and not the kind who just gives generic advice like “stay positive” or “don’t overthink.”
Budget-friendly suggestions would really help. Personal experiences/reviews would be appreciated. Thank you ♥️

Whenever a patient comes to them, they just keep sending them to someone else you see the patient No go to that intern please ask someone else
I mean the patient just keeps getting redirected from one person to anotherFrom what I’ve noticed the male interns still try to help somehow but the female interns mostly keep redirecting patients Is this just the situation at Rajindra GMC or is it the same in every GMC?
