Question: Would you be truthful around Pawbert when it comes to him finally wanting approval from his father?

Evening to the users in r/PawbertLynxley.

As the title states, would you at least say something to try in opening his eyes for him to make him accept the harsh reality? Even if he probably doesn’t want to admit it…

Would you be gentle about it? Blunt about it, kind of like Wolverine’s rant with Deadpool? (Because I imagine either Cattrick Lynxley or Nick Wilde being furious with Pawbert and say it how it is to him to open his eyes. Even if it would probably be too harsh and either of them would feel bad… 😅)

Random Character Opinion 4: Pawbert Lynxley

Afternoon to the users in r/PawbertLynxley

What is your opinion with Pawbert Lynxley? Do you like him, hate him, mixed opinions of him, etc.?

What is known about himr:
- He is a member of the Lynxley family and is the youngest son of Milton Lynxley. He is Cattrick and Kitty Lynxley's younger brother.

Physical Appearance:
- Pawbert is a Canada lynx with light gray fur, a white muzzle, short white claws on his hands and feet, and black markings. He has tufts of black fur on his ears, three wavy whiskers on each side of his muzzle, and his eyes are amber. He wears a dark green sweater with light accents, and brown trousers.

Personality:
- Pawbert is introduced as socially clumsy, goofy, easy-going, and eager to please, often making nervous jokes and small gestures of kindness while tagging along. His deference stems from being treated as the family disappointment, highlighting his low self-esteem and yearning for validation.

- As the story progresses, the depths of Pawbert's desperation become clear: He betrays and even attempts to kill the heroes, in an effort to gain his father's acceptance and love. It is revealed this betrayal was always intended, and that - as he brought the poison injector with him - Pawbert had considered that he may need to kill as a part of his efforts. However, instead of portraying him as 'sociopathic' or 'psychopathic', Pawbert's actions stem from a history of mistreatment and humiliation by his family, show him as an antagonist driven by personal instability and a desperate need to belong.

Random Character Opinion 3: Kitty Lynxley

Afternoon to the users in r/PawbertLynxley

What is your opinion with Kitty Lynxley? Do you like her, hate her, mixed opinions of her, etc.?

What is known about her:
- She is a member of the Lynxley family.

Physical Appearance:
- Kitty is a Canadian lynx with gray fur, green eyes, and short claws that are painted hot pink on her hands and feet. She has a wavy tuft of fur on the top of her head and long tufts of fur on the tips of her ears.

- For the gala, she wears a white tuxedo with shiny silver lapels, a white turtleneck sweater worn under her tuxedo, white pants with a pink belt, a golden spike necklace, and gold cuffs. Her standard attire consists of a brown plaid blazer with a warm tan/brown checkered pattern, a cream turtleneck sweater worn under the blazer, and a pair of black/charcoal colored pants with a black belt.

- She also accessorizes with a gold watch on her left wrist, a gold ring on her right hand.

Personality:
- Kitty is described as a sharp-tongued, cunning, and unbothered lynx with confident energy, and an attitude that's described as a social superpower. She also pampers her dad, Mr. Lynxley, on who she calls "Dad" or "Pop". Like her older twin brother and father, Kitty often mistreats Pawbert, viewing his awkward behavior with contempt and embarrassment.

Trying to hold onto hope for Pawbert's redemption.

As much as I and many others here on this subreddit really want this redemption, I've come to the conclusion that it might be very difficult for Disney to listen to us, especially when there's a large segment of people who hate Pawbert.

On the other hand, I keep thinking that all this work Disney did to soften the character compared to the book wasn't for nothing; sometimes I think they did it with the intention of developing the character in the future.

Besides the fact that he's much more popular than Bellwether, and I think they'll take that into account.

Well, I just needed to get this off my chest. What's your opinion on this?

Pawbert's redemption

Pawbert Lynxely is another of my favorite characters from Zootopia, but I felt bad by his betrayal and finished in jail. If you want to see his redemption in the third sequel, go to sign the petition here: https://c.org/FjvX6VtJdm only needs 8 remaining signatures.

Are you agree with me?
