I’ve added my Skrill card to Apple Pay and used it to send money via PayPal to friends and family. The payment went through and the money is now in my family’s PayPal account. According to Skrill, however, this shouldn’t be possible. Will Skrill then reverse the transaction?

my paysafecard code is showing as valid but when i try to add it to my wallet it just says “we encountered a problem” and nothing gets added
i’m also getting the same error when trying to generate a barcode or request funds
i’ve seen someone else having the exact same issue, so it looks like it might be something on paysafecard’s side
if you’re having the same problem, don’t panic and don’t keep trying the code over and over or buy another one just to test it. your money shouldn’t just disappear because the wallet is having issues
hopefully it gets fixed soon, and if yours starts working again let people know here
Hello! Today I bought a 16 digit code voucher/prepaid paysafecard and I keep getting this message. I tried to contact that 24/7 assistance but even that doesn't work. It says something went wrong. I was thinking maybe the server is down but I'm not sure.
