Hi everyone, I’m trying to diagnose a problem with my PC and would appreciate some advice.
My setup:
Motherboard: ECS H110M4-C43
CPU: Intel Core i3-7100
RAM: 8GB DDR4
GPU: MSI GTX 1070 Ti 8GB
PSU: Normal 500W
Windows 10
The problem
The PC started having a no display issue.
When I press the power button:
CPU fan spins
GPU fans spin
Keyboard lights turn on
Monitor says No Signal
The PC seems to be in a partially booted state
If I press the power button again, it sometimes turns off immediately rather than needing to be held down

But if I keep trying to turn off and on the CPU, it gets display and works after around 4 or 5 times turning on and off.

I removed the GPU and tried to turn on and its still the same, I also notice whenever I turn on the cpu, it turns on then automatically turns off again and then turns on and then the display works.

This has been going for a week now, today it turned on after I removed the GPU.

I am confused as what might causing the problem.

Ok so ive looked online .. most of the 1660 are 2nd hand ... how ever there is a 1660 ti at nanotech .. which is like perfect, I am wondering if there's any other place where I could snatch one

So like do yall have any idea where I could find brand new ones

Does anyone sell his cpu only without cabinet

Are there any shops in Colombo,where you can trade old pc parts + extra cash for newer parts??

Anyone know a good place to buy them? I'm looking for Ryzen 5 5500x3d. Prefer to buy brand new .

Went to a shop, they claimed it was brand new but had thermal paste residue. I'm near colombo area.

For how much do yall think a i5 10gen 8gig non gpu build will go for ?
