I got recommended an “unofficial” honey morello account, which I’m assuming is an archive by a fan but they said they were going to be playing at a show under that name. Did a new indie artist take her old name?

So, I was scrolling through my playlist on Apple Music when I saw that both Rät and Lotta True Crime were grayed out due to it “not being available in my region”, and im not sure what happened. I can listen to her regularly though, just not when I put it in my playlist. Any help?
