PSA: You can hit your first snare and apply the tracer regardless of whether the target is CC immune
It's taken me a while to realize this because I still have the muscle memory from before the 2fa was added but you can apply the tracer to literally anybody you hit. A charging Thing, diamond form Emma, ulting Luna, etc and set them up for the stun the moment the CC immunity ends. Maybe other Peni players have already realized this but thought I'd share.
