Ab federal ki marzi wo jahan operation karay, jo log protest k lye niklay unhay maray. Jitni corruption ho rahi thi usay 100 guna ziada corruption karain kiun k aapkay vote say to aaye nai ye. To aapko khush karnay ki acting tak b nai karainge . aapki jitni value thi wo 100 guna kam ho chuki hai.

KPK has always been a victim of the Pakistani elite’s never ending desire for power and control.

Some people in KPK, blinded by short term political gains and a complete lack of foresight, and braincells would probably celebrate this without understanding the long term implications of undermining a democratic process. It destabilises the entire region, and can set it back by decades.

A flawed democracy is still better than having your right to elect taken away from you.

The people who support moves like these likely fell for state sponsored propaganda in the past, including narratives that encouraged people to join the Taliban, without considering the devastating consequences for their own people and region.

KPK keeps paying the price for decisions taken by people who couldn't care less about the people living in this region

Did anyone feel the earthquake?

Hi everyone,

I’m considering buying a house around Warsak Road and wanted to hear from people who currently live there or have lived there recently.

How is the overall quality of life in the area? What do you like most about living there, and what are the main things you don’t like?

I’d especially appreciate any information about Executive Lodges and Sufyan Garden. How are these areas in terms of security, roads, utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet), access to shops and schools, traffic, noise, and general environment?

I’m also particularly concerned about flooding during heavy rains. Does Warsak Road or either of these two areas experience waterlogging or flooding? If so, how serious does it get, and are there particular streets or sections that are more affected?

Would you recommend living in Executive Lodges or Sufyan Garden? If you had to choose between the two, which one would you prefer and why?

Any firsthand experiences would be really helpful. Thanks!

Well im a big fan of biryani last time i had good biryani was i dont know maybe 9 years back when i was in karachi i can even explain the taste of that biryani now the thing is i have very low expectations in peshawar but you know here in peshawar its just spicy rice (sometime its not even spicy) and smell with color in rice which is very disappointing so suggest a good biryani spot which is authentic or atleast not money wasting

Getting braces is basically a must for me. I’ve consulted multiple dentists and they’ve all said I need them.

The issue is money. Private treatment would cost around 2 lakh, which my parents could technically manage, but money is already tight and it would put a lot of pressure on them.

I went to KDH about a year ago. They checked my teeth and said I’d need 2 teeth extracted before braces. That scared me, so we didn’t continue. They also said they’d contact me after a few months, but they never did, so I don’t even know if I’m still on their waiting list.

Recently, I went to my mom’s trusted dentist, and he said none of my teeth need to be extracted.

Now I’m confused. What if his opinion changes once treatment actually starts? Why spend 2 lakh privately if I could get the same treatment at KDH?

But I’m also scared of KDH because it’s a teaching hospital. What if a student/resident works on my teeth and makes things worse?

Would you take a loan and go private, or get braces at KDH? And is it normal for orthodontists to disagree about whether extractions are necessary?

Would really appreciate experiences from anyone who’s had braces at a government/teaching hospital
