All adopted in June and July. Some of them waited months. For some I didn’t even post much, the right family just happened to show up.

To everyone trying to get their rescues adopted, don’t give up. I know some days it feels like it’s not going any where but all you can do is put word out, rest is a waiting game.

Just post everywhere you can, Reddit is not enough. Facebook groups, work groups, send to friends to post on their work groups, society groups. You don’t know who is thinking about adopting and one poster convinces them.

Meet two of the bravest kittens I’ve ever fostered.
These siblings are around 1 month old and have Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH), a non-progressive neurological condition that affects their balance and coordination. They wobble when they walk and may need a little extra assistance, but they’re not in pain, they’re full of curiosity, and they don’t know they’re any different.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve watched them grow stronger every single day. They’ve become more independent, learned to eat on their own, explore their surroundings, and continue to surprise me with how determined they are.
They’ll need an adopter who understands that they may always have a wobbly gait and may require a safe indoor environment with a few accommodations. In return, you’ll get two incredibly resilient, affectionate kittens who have already overcome so much.

About them:
● Around 1 month old
● Diagnosed with Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH)
● Bright, playful and affectionate
● Looking for indoor-only homes
● Adoption preferably together

Meet Anandu, Malli’s new dad

The moment he saw her, his face lit up with the biggest, warmest smile. It was one of those moments when I instantly knew that Mallipoo has found her forever home, where she belongs.

I wanted to share Mallipoo’s adoption success with everyone who helped us find veterinary care for her, checked in on her, shared her adoption posts, offered advice.

In this carousel, I’ve shared her latest photos in the very beginning, followed by the pictures from the day I found her at a bus stop. I hope you swipe through them all to witness her transformation which will always be a beautiful reminder of what timely rescue, proper medical care, patience, and unconditional love can do.

Today, Mallipoo is a completely different kitten. She is healthy, playful, endlessly curious, and full of mischief. She runs around with so much confidence, charms everyone she meets, and has an incredible amount of love to give and receive. She is full of life, full of energy and so full of joy.

Knowing she is now in a home where she will be loved, cared for, and cherished is everything I could have hoped for. I couldn’t be happier for Mallipoo and Anandu.

Found him stuck in some road divider while on my way to office in Bangalore. Rescued him when he was just barely a month old. He’s been a super friendly cat and playful.
He’s up for adoption as I already have two cats and not able to manage.
