Good day! I'd like to ask for suggestions Sana. Is 20k per sq for a perimeter lot good for a perimeter lot? Most lots in that area are being sold for 33k-35k. It's in Biñan and an Alveo property. Someone came and offered 20k per sq sakin but I thought it was too low naman. I could probably sell it for 29k but not 20k any advice po will help. Salamat

Build issues Amaia Series Nuvali

We recently had a visit on the model units of Amaia Series Nuvali. The model units or dressed up units were impressive, we were told that it was designed and arranged by IKEA having almost all of the fixtures sourced from IKEA.

But there was something I noticed going to the 2nd floor, a visible crack that looks like the delineation of the 2nd floor, meaning the line that separates the floor from the wall. Also at the ground floor I noticed a long crack that almost broke the tiles, since it was about to bulge.

Now, I want to know from those who already purchased, living in the units, or any idea based from other Amaia properties if there are really build issues, or it is just a normal wear and tear of the unit and nothing to worry. Since we are planning on purchasing one at Amaia Series. Thank you!
