Can’t unlock my OnePlus phone

Need help recovering access to my OnePlus phone without factory reset

I forgot the lock screen PIN of my OnePlus Android phone. After multiple attempts, the phone is now showing a long timeout and the “Forgot password” option only suggests factory reset.

Important details:
- Fingerprint unlock is no longer working
- I do NOT want to factory reset because I have important data
- USB debugging was probably not enabled
- I still have access to the Google account linked to the phone
- The phone belongs to me and I can provide proof if needed

I’m looking for any legitimate methods that might help recover access WITHOUT wiping data:
- Smart Lock tricks?
- Recovery options?
- OnePlus service center experience?
- Any way to temporarily re-enable biometrics?
- Any memory-recovery tricks that helped others remember their PIN?
Thanks.

Deep scratch on screen

I have an iPhone 16e and just want to know if anyone knows a way I can fix these scratches. The middle one is a deep one unfortunately but I’ll try anything that’ll possibly work

Fingerprint scanner not recognized

My samsung galaxy a16 was operating normal, today I tried to u lock my phone, it said fingerprint scanner is not responding try restarting phone. I did restart it and nothing changed, I can't even open fingerprint settings. But I don't think it is a hardware issue, cause I didn't drop my phone didn't do anything

Uh oh, not good

I just hope it doesn’t spread because I can live with this

PS: I did test if it was software or hardware related and it is definitely hardware related because the spot does not show up in screenshots. I am a repairman so I am not worried about fixing it if I eventually have to.

As someone who runs a phone repair service shop, how do you guys deal with customers constantly calling for updates?

I feel frustrated answering all the calls amidst my ongoing work. My focus gets lost. But not answering them feels rude or unprofessional. How do you guys deal with this issue?

Samsung phone screen turned green after fall while traveling in Europe — display issue ?Repair cost in India?

My boyfriend’s Samsung phone fell while traveling in Europe. It was connected to a power bank inside his bag, and while taking it out, the phone slipped and fell.

After the fall, the display started showing this issue:

lower half becomes bright green/white

upper half stays black/dark

small cracks visible near the top corner

touch still works partially

It’s a Samsung S/Note series phone with an S-Pen (don’t know the exact model yet).

He’s currently still traveling in Europe and has around one week before coming back to India, so we’re also trying to understand:

Will the phone survive for another week like this?

Is this mainly a display/panel issue or possible motherboard/display IC damage too?

Will replacing the screen likely fix it?

Approx repair cost in India?

Better to repair locally after coming back or urgently show it there?

Iphone screen replacement

So my iphone screen was replaced and it was heating up, the other shop told me that the screen replacement was cheap, so they put a more expensive one, but my phone is still heating but not as warm as before. Is this another issue? Also, I have an iphone 11
