1- cobro inicial de 25$ dolares que dicen que es para verificacion

2- te dicen que si se puede liberar tu telefono y paso todas las pruebas y que puedes liberarlo por otros 60$ que son de espera de 6 dias que al final nunca sale.

3- te ofrecen el cobro premiun de 160$ por la liberacion de tu telefono ya que con este si va salir pagas y nunca te contestan y nunca devuelven el dinero no caigas en estas estafas.

Hey everyone, hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I bought a used iPhone about two years ago and everything worked fine — I've been using it daily with my own Apple ID and iCloud. Today I updated to the latest iOS version and the phone suddenly locked with an Activation Lock screen. I had no idea, but it turns out the phone must have been Activation Lock bypassed by whoever sold it to me, and the iOS update caused it to revert back to being locked to the original owner's account. I have no proof of purchase (bought secondhand, cash, from someone in another city, no receipt), no contact info for the seller, and it's been two years so there's no realistic way to track them down. I do know my own Apple ID/iCloud email that I was using on the phone, but when I try to log in on my laptop, it asks for the phone number linked to the account — I enter it correctly, but it's esim so it can't be used on another device. I don't currently have another device to test the SIM in. Has anyone been through this exact situation — secondhand phone, bypassed lock reactivated by an update, no purchase proof? Did Apple Support/Account Recovery/Genius Bar actually help you get back in, and what did they ask for? Trying to figure out if I have any real options here or if this phone (and my data on it) is just gone. Any advice appreciated.

I bought an iPhone 15Plus used off eBay. The SIM is locked and when I submitted the request to unlock on the AT&T website, it told me the very first time I submitted the request that I “tried too many times” to unlock that IMEI and need to wait 30 days to try again. I have seen some older posts that said people had trouble with this request system giving false “too many attempts” errors. Is it still a common problem?

PS I’m going to call support tomorrow so hopefully they can force it through

Hi there, recently I brought a iPhone 6 Plus from Facebook marketplace, the seller told me it was in perfect condition and unlocked. It was not. It’s a water damaged iCloud locked one, as someone who is learning how to repair phones I have seen many iCloud locked ones, but this one really stands out for me I did some research and it appears Someome is looking for it and I really wish to return it to the rightful owner. I don’t care about my money back, the phone turns on and it seems the iCloud was made before 2008 it seems so I assume an older person owned it.
The guy eventually told me he found it, it was in a bulk lot he says he finds a lot of phones that’s how he gets them all, he is no longer responding to me.
I know the phone seems to be old I assume the owner has got a new phone but what if there’s memories of kids, grandkids ect on here?
Can anyone help me on the right direction to return this phone to its owner please? The police here wouldn’t do a thing

Hello, I have an iPhone 12 mini that is currently locked, and I have gone through the steps of trying to use the old email and password, contacting Apple support agents directly, and even going through the process of removing the Activation Lock multiple times with the same invoice. This morning I received a very frustrating email that tells me that "We are unable to complete your request to remove Activation Lock." I understand that it tells me to give them more information; however, it's not applicable at the current time because the shop I bought it from is still closed. Any tips would be great. P.s. I cannot use Apple devices at all, for my computer does not recognize the usb.

As mentioned on the caption, the guided access touch is turned on. I accidentally turned it on and I cant even unlock my phone because the touch aren't even responding.
I already did some ts:
\- force or hard reset multiple times and waited for half a day to try again but still not working (quickly releasing the volume up and down then tapping and holding the power button)
\- charged iphone to 100% and depleted it until shuts down then charged it again to 100 (still not working)
\- i paid a technician to replace the screen and inspect if there is water damage (there's none)
\- i can't delete / erase all data because i cant unlock the phone. i can't go into a recovery mode because i can't tap the screen.
\- i also tried to access my iphone using pc. i connected my iphone to my pc using the apple device app but in order for me to delete data on my iphone using the pc, i have to allow the permission on my phone which i can't do because i can't even unlock the phone... i really believe the guided access touch is turned on because i airdy charged it to 100% but after a few hours, it is down again and it heats if there's battery so after it completely turns off because of lowbattery, i didn't charge it so it isn’t on and will nit heat up.

- I tried to use dfu instead then it got stuck / will try on another time

Got a Motorola w377 at a flea market yesterday. Was wondering if anyone knew how to get a subsidy password? I don’t know the previous carrier but I do know the IMEI number. Is there a way to stop it from asking me the subsidy password or is there a way to find out the previous carrier?

To begin it works without any problems, but when I get the call to a emergency number.

it rings normally but then must I see a button where I can call back.

But this button was not there and then I can't take anything.

Has anyone a idea why the button are failed ?
