Playing on and off, managed to get Phrolova cuz my friend said she was good back then (got her weapon too). Got both Lucy and rebecca with Lucy's weapon.
Other than that, I dont know who I should go for next?

I have some pretty good echoes for her, but for the life of me I cant get 100% CR w/o ruining the rest of the build
My team has always been S3r1 Phrororo, S0r1 Cantarel, and S6 Buling.
I got Lucilla and I’m planning to replace buling with her as a new purely echo buffer.
How good of a replacement is she for Buling? Also weapon, since I read her weapon is doing some Glacio chafe(and +30%atk) I won’t need it as much, right? I still have stringless on my encore, but she‘s not completing middle endgame anytime soon lol.

Should I try to get better 3 cost echoes, or do I end it?

hiiii i'm trying to decide between these two builds for my s3r1 phrolova.
i have two hecate echoes with crit dmg as the main stat; hecate #1 has a high enough crit rate substat to get her to 100% but no crit dmg, and hecate #2 has a 21% crit dmg substat but no crit rate.
i use all my transducers on hecate #2 whenever i get them so i can have both crit stats on it, but so far haven't had any luck (transducers suck lol).
in the meantime, which is better? my brother tells me that the 20% extra crit dmg is more valuable for her dps overall than the 8% missing crit rate, but i'm not sure. i am running her with qiuyuan and buling, i am planning to get cantarella next time she shows up, and i do not want to run shorekeeper. please help!!! 💕
EDIT: thank you all for the help, i'll run the 100% crit rate and i'll keep farming for a hecate with double crit substats 😊
Currently I'm running them with Buling. I put Verina with Lucy and Rebecca as my 2nd team.
From the upcoming banners, is there any character which can replace Buling? I don't have SK or Quin or Cantarella unfortunately. Which character will be a good investment. As an F2P player I can probably only get one. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
In order to build the echoes for my charachters should i upgrade the echo to +25 and hope for the best substats or only unlock the first substat and if it has the stat that i want i continue? i don't want to waste resources.

I just want to ask, after phrolova comeback in 2.7, i was confused. how does phorlova even reappear.
The lost beyond was maintain by using the power of leviathan gem, but now the gem gone, the merging between her and the lost beyond is needed to kept it stable.
I know one of the npc said that phorolova and go in and out of her sonoro as her please, but that before the merging.(I think)
so what does the merging even cost her, why not just merge with the sonoro in the first place, if it doesn't cost her anything anyway.

[EDIT: I didn't know it's based on player statistics. Lucilla makes sense, but Phrolova havers/mains stop getting basic atk dmg on her pls - this stat has been highlighted for her since her release!]
When gearing my Lucilla, I realized that they highlight ER as a useful substat for her:
This is obviously not the case for either Lucilla variations; the liberation does not have a resonance cost.
This also reminded me of a major inconsistency with Phrolova's Substat highlighting, which still exists in the game:
Basic% highlighted for Phrolova
Flat Atk not highlighted for Phrolova
Phrolova does next to no basic atk damage in her rotations (roughly 5%). But if that is enough for the stat to be highlighted, then it doesn't make sense that flat atk is not highlighted.
On a scale where an average substat roll of crit increases Phrolova's damage by, say, 100, the average substat roll of basic atk will increase Phrolova's damage by roughly 2.5, while an average flat atk roll will increase her damage by 25.
In other words, Flat Atk is roughly 10x better on Phrolova than Basic% substat!
Wuwa not highlighting flat stats for any characters (as far as I know) is already not correct, because a major chunk of Wuwa's characters actually care about flat atk just as much, if not, more than their primary substat scalings. Phrolova is actually one of them: on the scale mentioned above, an average Skill% substat roll would increase Phrolova's damage by 25 - same as flat atk.
But if they don't want to highlight flat atk, for whatever reason, they should at least not highlight other stats that are in the similar range or weaker (or in Phrolova's case, significantly weaker).
I will try to get reso skill on all echos after xuanling! 🙌

Not all of Lucilla's echo skill dmg buff works off-field btw(which is most of Phrolova's echo dmg) and only works when she's the active resonator ✌️
